I've usually had good experiences here. However, today, I came to the restaurant almost an hour before they closed and I tried to order bao buns for takeaway, but I was turned away. The server said the kitchen was just too busy. Although I would have been fine to wait (which I usually do anyways), I was totally refused 55 minutes before...

Wat mij stoort aan deze nieuwe eetgelegenheden is dat men geen gastvrijheid kent, je krijgt wel een plaats toebedeeld doch bij je keuze krijg je geen ondersteuning ( digitaal bestellen, betalen en dan maar hopen dat alles goed komt.. daarvoor 3 sterren bij service) De juffrouw die het eten en drinken bracht was wel heel vriendelijk. Het broodje bao vond ik persoonlijk overpriced in verhouding met wat je krijgt ( bij mij zat er heel weinig vulling in... te weinig) de bao broodjes zijn ook te klein voor dat bedrag. De portie zoete frietjes was dan weer wel royaal. Al bij al was ik niet echt onder de indruk van dit alles. De locatie binnen is mooi , maar dat was bij de vorige uitbater ook ( houten lambrisering) de nieuwe verlichting geeft het een beetje een trendy look.
