Located right at the exit of Oostende railway station. It is a cozy restaurant that serves all kinds of Belgian food. 🇧🇪🍴 We were here for a quick bite and drinks. The service was okay and the food was nice. We were able to get a table without reservation, but if you want to visit, then make sure you reserve in advance. It was crowded when we arrived and it wasn't even dinner time yet, it means this place is popular with the locals. 😱 #Oostende #BelgianFood #LocalFavorite

Wir waren zum Mittagessen dort und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ambiente im vorderen geschützten Bereich des Restaurants ist unheimlich hübsch und sehr neu. Hervorheben möchte ich hier, wie bequem die Stühle waren! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unsere Tochter wurde sehr lieb behandelt. Wir bekamen ungefragt einen Kinderstuhl und der Betreiber wollte es sich offenbar nicht nehmen lassen trotz wenig Platz im Sanitärbereich einen Wickeltisch anbieten zu können. Dieser ist ausklappbar und wurde über einer Damentoilette an der Wand installiert. Das mag für Frauen unter 1,70m Körpergröße schwierig werden, aber die Geste finde ich super und ich mit genau 1,70m konnte meine Tochter gut wickeln. Jetzt zum Essen: Es war sehr lecker, handwerklich gut gemacht. Die Teller und die Gerichte waren heiß. Für meinen Geschmack war in meinem Nudelgericht zu viel Thymian, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Der gemischte Fisch- und Meeresfrüchteteller meines Mannes war ausgezeichnet. Die Preise sind gut.

T´Waterhuis un lieu magique , tellement charment, idyllique et chaleureux🔝💯 à la décoration fascinante et aux luminaires tellement cosy 😍🤩🕯étant un client depuis plusieurs années et jamais déçu de la prestation de cette établissement, qui est devenue pour ma part le meilleur endroits pour manger des spaghetti 🍝 ou autres plats de pâtes ! Oui vous aviez bien lu , des plats de pâtes, nul à besoin de chercher un italien sur Oostende ou une trattoria... Cet endroit est le meilleur et très bien connu depuis des années 👌💯 mensuellement la carte des suggestions est différente et vous invite à la découverte de plats de poissons ou de viandes succulentes 🍖🍲🦞🦐🥗🥩 la cartes des vins est très bien fournis 🍷pour ma part c'était un Pouilly Fumé , d'excellent qualité!!💯👌 entre amis ou en couples 💑 cette endroits vous séduira par son charme et la qualité de ses services 🔝💯 Cordialement Mr Slisli uit De Haan

A charming place close to the train station of Ostend with big windows so you can see the local folks pass by while you are tasting a good fresh nice belgian beer as well as the delicious prepared food. I recomend the pastas, they are the best. the poeple working there are really nice. a lot of locals go there to eat, this says enough about a place. i hope you will enjoy your brunch, lunch or dinner there. i did :-) Anyway pasta or no pasta, everything tastes really really good the pasta, the wok, the shrimp, the pancakes..... nom nom nom :-). Nice restaurant with quality food of a decent portion size… the cold tapas starter platter was huge and a meal in itself, the stirfry meals were equally well proportioned and by the end of the meal my partner and I were both stuffed!

The only complaint I have was the size of their soft drinks… the bottles were tiny and just over a mouthful when drunk yet the cost of €3.70 justified a much larger serving- such a disappointment after having...
