Australian Ice-cream Oostende — Local services in Ostend

I only ever go there to buy ice cream cones, usually on my way back from the supermarket. There's a large selection of flavours. I never buy more than a single scoop. The cornets are a perfect crispness, they dip the top edge in liquid chocolate and a single scoop is usually very copious, although often they still add a little more....

We ordered a M&M and a Brownie "Milkshakes" to be given a cup of cream and two scopes of ice creams with M&M/Brownie on top. Not really a "Milkshake". The employee grabbed a dirty knife and cut the brownie, no gloves, no cleaning of the knife or their hands. Also, hair in one of our over priced cream and scopes of ice cream...

Tijdens een avond in het centrum kwamen we dit Australian Ice filiaal tegen dat nog open was.

Achter de kassa stond één medewerkster met hoofddoek. Ze was luidruchtig bezig over hoe klanten haar behandelen, wat voor ons allesbehalve professioneel overkwam.

Toen ik vervolgens informeerde of er softijs was, kreeg ik een bot antwoord: “nee, staat nergens op dus hebben we niet.”

Dit is echt niet hoe je een zaak laat draaien meid...

In andere zaken in de buurt, zoals Capuchino, telkens veel vriendelijker en correcter geholpen. Hier ontbreekt het duidelijk aan professionaliteit.

Ze mag blij zijn dat er nog geen foto bij de review staat, en ik in elk geval haar...
