Ohana Bowls & More — Restaurant in Ostend

We ate Hawaian food for the first time ever two days ago. It was so delicious!! Everything was so tasty, fresh and healthy. We ordered two bowls, one was Ohana proteine and the second one - new in the cart: Nice to meet you. That's something we've never eat before. Today we went for more and ordered one Chicken bowl and one Gambas bowl. No dissapointing again! If we had a chance, we'd eat bowls more often. I’ve been a customer of Ohana ever since they opened their doors. In the beginning they were great, delicious food, good service, … As they grew in popularity they’ve declined in good service unfortunately. For the past few months food quality has not been as good as it used to be. Today I made an order hoping for a nice dinner after a bad week. I made my order at 18h for delivery at 20h - the order arrived at 21h05. More than 1h delay… they were not only late, they instructed the driver to deliver the wrong address… Last time I order...

The place has a really nice ambiance with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly people. The bathroom is clean and spacious, which is always a plus. However, the food was very disappointing. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh—the sauce had a sour taste, which made me question its quality, and both the cucumber and avocado were also sour. They also cut the falafel in half which I found annoying. The whole dish ended up upsetting my stomach. I really hope they invest in better-quality ingredients because the setting and service deserve...
