HORRIBLE SERVICE! VERY RUDE WAITRESS!
Out of all the time that weâre dining in this place, tonightâs the worse. We arrive around 20h, hoping to get our regular orders. But thanks to this VERY NICE LADY server (insert sarcasm hereâŠor maybe sheâs a receptionist as she doesnât seem to like serving us in the restaurant) we ended up waiting for anybody to take our order but didnât get any. Approx 15mins of waiting (I know not that much) but these people just kill their time laughing and talking between themselves and us ended up like begging for their attention(didnât happen). Itâs not even busy tonight as how it is during Friday or weekends. Lots of table is vacant. So, we end up picking our things and leave the place. We explained to one of the guys there what happened (the bearded one, didnât see him before though) and he just responded âpas de soucisâ. LOL. I usually have a very long patience specially to people on service industry but really, this big tall lady with curly hair never seems to be welcoming at all(itâs not the first time to have her as our server, we just choose not to pay attention on her bad attitude before). I know that customer service in here might not be the best but her service is horrible. There were 2 very nice people who work here (the tall monsieur on his 50âs and the madame on her 40âs maybe), we wish that theyâll be back. We are not going into this restaurant any time soon or as long as that big woman be our server, we would rather find somewhere else. Idk why they keep her working here as it looks like we are not the only one who suffer from her...

Jâai commandĂ© un steak argentin mai 68. Je lâai commandĂ© Ă point. Je ne voulais pas de frittes donc jâai demandĂ© des pĂątes, ce qui fut acceptĂ©.
Service trĂšs rapide. Je suis servi en mĂȘme pas 5 minutes. Ce qui me surprend mais Ă la vue du plat, je remarque dĂ©jĂ que ce sera loin dâĂȘtre le plat de lâannĂ©e, et mon intuition fut bonne.
En effet, lâassiette sentait le garde chaud. Jâai donc supposĂ© que la viande fut cuite au prĂ©alable, les pĂątes Ă©taient sĂšches Ă vue dâĆil. On pouvait remarquer quâelles Ă©taient cuites depuis un bon bout de temps. Je me dis que cela ne devrait pas mâempĂȘcher dâapprĂ©cier le plat⊠ERREUR!!! La viande Ă©tait sĂšche et sans goĂ»t. Les pĂątes ??? SĂšches, sans assaisonnement. MĂȘme pas un peu de sel. Vraiment un plat DEGUEULASSE. Aucun effort nâa Ă©tĂ© fait. Une honte !!!
Ma question est donc la suivante ? Comment est-ce possible de ne pas savoir cuire une viande et de faire des pùtes en 2023 ??? Comment est-ce possible de bùcler un plat à 30 euros en 2023 ? Vous devriez trÚs sérieusement avoir honte de servir une viande argentine de la sorte et de négliger à ce point un repas commandé par un client.
