HORRIBLE SERVICE! VERY RUDE WAITRESS!

Out of all the time that we’re dining in this place, tonight’s the worse. We arrive around 20h, hoping to get our regular orders. But thanks to this VERY NICE LADY server (insert sarcasm here…or maybe she’s a receptionist as she doesn’t seem to like serving us in the restaurant) we ended up waiting for anybody to take our order but didn’t get any. Approx 15mins of waiting (I know not that much) but these people just kill their time laughing and talking between themselves and us ended up like begging for their attention(didn’t happen). It’s not even busy tonight as how it is during Friday or weekends. Lots of table is vacant. So, we end up picking our things and leave the place. We explained to one of the guys there what happened (the bearded one, didn’t see him before though) and he just responded “pas de soucis”. LOL. I usually have a very long patience specially to people on service industry but really, this big tall lady with curly hair never seems to be welcoming at all(it’s not the first time to have her as our server, we just choose not to pay attention on her bad attitude before). I know that customer service in here might not be the best but her service is horrible. There were 2 very nice people who work here (the tall monsieur on his 50’s and the madame on her 40’s maybe), we wish that they’ll be back. We are not going into this restaurant any time soon or as long as that big woman be our server, we would rather find somewhere else. Idk why they keep her working here as it looks like we are not the only one who suffer from her...

Nous sommes allés manger au Cambridge mercredi soir. Le service était agréable, les serveuses un peu sourdes mais très gentilles.

J’ai commandé un steak argentin mai 68. Je l’ai commandé à point. Je ne voulais pas de frittes donc j’ai demandé des pâtes, ce qui fut accepté.

Service très rapide. Je suis servi en même pas 5 minutes. Ce qui me surprend mais à la vue du plat, je remarque déjà que ce sera loin d’être le plat de l’année, et mon intuition fut bonne.

En effet, l’assiette sentait le garde chaud. J’ai donc supposé que la viande fut cuite au préalable, les pâtes étaient sèches à vue d’œil. On pouvait remarquer qu’elles étaient cuites depuis un bon bout de temps. Je me dis que cela ne devrait pas m’empêcher d’apprécier le plat… ERREUR!!! La viande était sèche et sans goût. Les pâtes ??? Sèches, sans assaisonnement. Même pas un peu de sel. Vraiment un plat DEGUEULASSE. Aucun effort n’a été fait. Une honte !!!

Ma question est donc la suivante ? Comment est-ce possible de ne pas savoir cuire une viande et de faire des pâtes en 2023 ??? Comment est-ce possible de bâcler un plat à 30 euros en 2023 ? Vous devriez très sérieusement avoir honte de servir une viande argentine de la sorte et de négliger à ce point un repas commandé par un client.

C’était bien la première et la dernière fois que je mis les pieds dans votre établissement.
