Pasta-Follie's — Restaurant in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve

Just by pure luck, we might have entered one of the best Italian restaurants in this area. We were on a business trip and looking for a place which offered good food, we walked around the block exploring all the options and finally stepped into Follies. And we were not disappointed. The food was amazing. The menu was in french but the waiter spoke English and I ordered the pasta he recommended. It was delicious. The quantity was just enough. Service was prompt. The place had a very soothing and positive energy. I'd definitely visit this...

Ce vendredi 10/06/2021 nous sommes arrivées à 20h15. Il a fallu interpeller le personnel pour commander nos apéritifs. 20h53, nous recevons seulement nos boissons. 40 minutes pour un mojito, un coupe de mousseux et un kir. Il n’y avait pas beaucoup de monde, pourtant le personnel était à côté de la plaque, 2 de tension, plus mou que ça tu meurs. Soit, j’ai travaillé dans la restauration et je mange bcp au resto donc je sais que parfois ce n’est pas facile, mais sincèrement je n’ai jamais vu ça. On a commandé une entrée à partager AVANT nos plats. On a reçu l’entrée à 21h38, EN MEME TEMPS QUE NOS PLATS. On leur explique gentiment, le serveur répond qu’on ne lui avait pas passé l’info. Hum… bref au moment de payer on explique au gérant que les plats étaient bons mais que le service laissait à désirer. De mauvaise foi, au lieu de dire « ça arrive, désolé », non, on a eu droit à « ça arrive, si vous ne pouvez pas comprendre tant pis pour vous ». On a été polies et très patientes, pas besoin d’être insolent et désagréable en retour alors qu’ils étaient clairement en tord. Après il a ajouté  « vous voulez des excuses? Ben désolé » wawwww. Très mauvaise expérience, je n’ai jamais vu ça . Javais déjà eu de mauvais écho, ils se sont confirmés hier soir....

The pizza and pasta is really good. The dough is very well "stretched" and the quality of the product. Taste. Young, attentive and fast service. My favourite pizzeria in LLN... And they speak English and Spanish.. I recommend...
