I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Chez Albert in the Brussels train station on Monday evening. When I noticed that they had given me the wrong order, I politely brought it to their attention. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the staff exhibited a shockingly poor attitude. They were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for the mistake they had made.

As we wanted to order, we saw it was pretty dirty in there. Although we want to get some before our train arrives so we waited in the long queue, beacause the workers were so slow.
