The restaurant is quite nice and has a small (open) space in the inner part. Personally, I found the internal space quite hot but I was a bit lucky to have a table right at the border of the open space, so it was not so bad. In any case, some air conditioning would help. Regarding the food, it was very good. I took a tortilla and a second (meat) dish both very tasty and well prepared. I would have liked to taste one of the different paellas but I was alone and paella portions are minimum for 2 persons. Overall, despite being too warm inside, definitely to go back!

Update: I returned to the restaurant during summer for dinner. Still quite hot but with a table in the garden it was ok. We ordered a Paella (de Mariscos) for the three of us. I confirm the other reviews:...

A Culinary Delight! The Best Paella in Brussels!**

I recently dined at La Cueva de Castilla, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for a truly memorable meal.

What really made this restaurant stand out was the service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the food they were serving. Their excellent recommendations truly enhanced the overall experience.

I can't recommend La Cueva de Castilla and Chef Roberto enough! Whether you're seeking a cozy dinner or a place to celebrate a special occasion, this restaurant is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to returning and exploring more...

Bonne...

Amazing food. We chose the oven paella and couldn't have chosen better, it was very tasty, rice perfectly cooked and seasoned, good quantity. The decor is very nice inside, could be improved outside but we considered ourselves already lucky enough to be able to sit on the terrace during this weird summer weather. Prices are ok imho for food but quite high for beverages.
