Unfortunately, my recent visits to Ruya have left me disheartened and reluctant to return. Despite the initially inviting ambiance, the service fell far short of expectations. The unwarranted rudeness from the personnel and the uncomfortable micro-aggressions directed towards myself and my friends were deeply disappointing and frankly, unacceptable.

What's particularly troubling is the glaring contradiction between the cafe's supposed pro-immigration stance and the stark reality of how they treat individuals from certain diverse backgrounds. It's important to note that while some may receive a warm welcome, it's clear that not everyone is treated with the same level of respect and hospitality. UPDATE: Unfortunately, this caffé is no longer open. Its much appreciated owner, Diana, was abruptly taken away from this world after a heinous crime. This is a very nice and quiet place on the corner of my street. The atmosphere is very pleasant, we had brunch on Saturday and it was absolutely delicious! the service is very friendly and fast.
