Unfortunately, my recent visits to Ruya have left me disheartened and reluctant to return. Despite the initially inviting ambiance, the service fell far short of expectations. The unwarranted rudeness from the personnel and the uncomfortable micro-aggressions directed towards myself and my friends were deeply disappointing and frankly, unacceptable.
What's particularly troubling is the glaring contradiction between the cafe's supposed pro-immigration stance and the stark reality of how they treat individuals from certain diverse backgrounds.
