I visited this restaurant while on holiday, looking for authentic Indian food. Based on suggestions and reviews, we decided to try this place. We arrived around 8:45 pm but had called ahead to pre-order, ensuring the food would be cooked by an Indian chef, as promised over the phone. The restaurant specifically mentioned an Indian chef from Delhi, so I trusted this and brought my family along.
Upon arrival, the food was ready and served hot without any delays. The restaurant itself is decent and well-maintained, as seen in the photos. However, the real issue became apparent when the food arrived. It didn’t taste anything like authentic Indian cuisine, and I soon realized that the restaurant isn’t run by Indians but by Pakistanis, which reflected in the taste of the dishes.
I want to be clear—I have no problem with any community. The issue here is why the restaurant markets itself as an Indian restaurant, claims to have an Indian chef, and names its dishes with Indian names when the cuisine offered is not Indian. This is misleading and creates a false impression of authentic Indian food. Overall, the taste of the food was just average.
I sincerely request the owner to reconsider the restaurant's name and branding. Be authentic, and let the food reflect the chef’s origin and culinary background, instead of presenting something it’s not.
For us Indians, food is not just about eating—it’s an emotion. We seek out authentic Indian cuisine and are willing to pay for it. If you're looking for genuine Indian food, I would not recommend this place.
Lastly, I noticed a young boy, Reyan, taking orders. When asked, he mentioned that his sister is the owner. I was quite taken aback, as he seemed too young to be working in a restaurant.

Read moreUnfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food quality was below average, particularly the chicken, which was undercooked. The butter chicken was far too sweet—almost sweeter than a dessert like gulab jamun—which made it inedible for us. To make matters worse, the sitting area was plagued by flies, and the kitchen didn’t seem to be properly cleaned.
The one bright spot was the waitress, who was polite and attentive throughout our visit. However, the restaurant itself doesn't seem interested in making improvements, as they were not open to constructive feedback and appeared to think they were doing everything perfectly.
Wouldn't recommend dining here until significant...
Read moreOverhyped place. It's just okay. It's too expensive for what it is. We reserved the table but when we came there, we had to wait until our table was set. Mind you, all but one other table were empty and we got the table with the worst location. The waitress was great - kind, polite and very friendly. Lassie was not good, naan was so dry. Pakora was too expensive for what it is (fried onions and potatoes mostly even though we ordered a mix). Our grill was burned. Every side dish has to be bought separately. They also added a takeaway to our bill (we couldn't eat all the food so we asked to take the rest home). Overall, a very overhyped place. Not...
