The most terrible restaurant that I have ever gone and the most rude restaurant boss I have ever met.We made a reservation this afternoon and the boss told us that everything is ok.But when we came,they told us that our table is taken by other customers,frankly speaking ,it is okay for us to wait for a certain time since there are so many good comments which we don't know if it is the true comment after visiting this terrible restaurant hhhh.Then we waited patiently and ordered the food ,indeed,the waitress here was nice ,but the boss just didn't want us to take a seat ,after letting us wait for half an hour he just came told us that it is impossible to order just one plat but actually we are still ordering other food,he just took our menu away directly and asked us to leave!!! The boss didn't know English,all the time he shouted at us that anyone here know French ,but the waitress knew English, she explained what we said to him,he didn't care at all,since we are just 4 Asian girls ,It is a serious racial...

C'est le pire restaurant avec le pire service au monde. Nous sommes 4 étrangers et nous ne parlons pas très bien le français. Nous avons réservé ce restaurant à 20h15 le 15 décembre. Cependant, à notre arrivée, il n’y avait pas de table pour nous. Le personnel nous a dit que nous devions attendre que les autres clients aient fini afin que nous puissions avoir notre table. Oui, nous avons accepté et attendu cependant. En attendant, nous voulions passer la commande en premier. Nous avons donc demandé le menu et commandé un plat pour 2 personnes. Nous avons dit au personnel que nous devions discuter un peu et que nous passerions une autre commande plus tard. Le personnel a dit oui. Le patron de ce restaurant est arrivé 5 minutes plus tard et a déclaré "Un plat quatre personnes c’est pas possible" et il a emporté tous nos menus et nous a dit de partir. Nous avons répété que nous n’avions pas terminé la commande et qu’il n’écoutait pas et brandissait ses menus pour nous laisser passer devant tous les clients. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h et avons été obligés de partir vers 20h25. Pour toutes ces courtes 25 minutes, nous n’avons même pas la table que nous avons réservée. Oui, le gros patron aux cheveux et à la barbe gris est le pire type de service que j'ai jamais vu sur cette plante. Et ce restaurant n'est pas amical pour les étrangers surtout. C'est le premier raciste que j'ai jamais rencontré en Belgique. Je me sens profondément insulté.

This is the worst restaurant with the worst service in the world. We are 4 foreigners and we don’t speak very good French. We made a reservation of this restaurant at 8pm 15th Dec. However when we arrived there was no table for us. The staff told us we have to wait for the other customers to finish so we can have our table. Yes we accepted and waited though. While waiting we wanted to place our order first so we asked for the menu and ordered one dish for 2 people first, we told the staff that we need to discuss a little bit and will place another order later and the staff said yes. The boss of this restaurant came 5 minutes later said “un plat quatre personnes c’est pas possible” and he took all our menus away and told us to leave. We repeated we haven’t finished the order and he just didn’t listen and was waving his menus to let us go in front of all the customers. We arrived at 8pm and were forced to go at around 8:25pm. For all this short 25 minutes we don’t even have the table we reserved. Yes the fat boss with grey hair and beard is the worst service guy I have ever seen on this plant. And this restaurant is not friendly to especially foreigners. This is the first racist I have ever encountered in Belgium. I feel...

An amazing restaurant in the heart of Spa, we were really happy we decided to eat here. First of all, it was very crowded when we entered without having made a reservation beforehand. The waitress kindly asked us to wait so she could prepare a table for us withinin a few minutes. Afterwards I ordered drinks wrongly but the waiter was too kind to change our drinks without any problem and still taking care of us super friendly throughout the whole evening.
