Le Bar Fly — Restaurant in Spa

What a bad service. We started outside, and wanted to move in (about 6 free tables). But they were reservated. After ordering 4 x 23 euro meals we waited for almost an hour and nothing came, even no guests for the reservated tables and the chef was talking to guests. After the hour we asked about the food, it was 10 minutes away. We then asked to pay for the drinks we had an hour ago and leave the food. The woman behind the bar got mad at us. Half your restaurant is empty but to busy to help...

I've eaten there twice now. Once for lunch and again for dinner. Neither time disappointed! I believe it's a family run business with friendly staff. The service and atmosphere were excellent. I'd highly recommend this restaurant you're in the area. Pro tip... If you don't speak French and would like to order a beverage with vodka, be sure to pronounce it "vawdka" or they'll give you a puzzled look. I only added that last part so the owner would know who wrote...

Wir waren neugierig, wie man es schafft, bei 100 Rezensionen einen Schnitt von 5,0 Sternen zu bekommen und haben das Restaurant daraufhin aufgesucht.

Kurz nachdem Ankommen kam die Bedienung und auf die Nachfrage, ob sie deutsch/englisch/spanisch spricht gab's leider ein nein. Das Menü auf englisch mussten wir dann explizit erneut anfragen.

Wir bestellten Burger. 🍔 Diese kamen mit leckeren Pommes und Beilagensalat mit etwas zu wenig Dressing, sodass man es nicht extra bestellen musste.

Der Burger war ganz ok aber das Fleisch war viel zu hart gestampft und somit etwas fade.

Der Koch kam während des Essens vorbei und fragte meinem Mann, ob es ihm schmeckt...

Nachdem wir fertig waren, kam wieder der Koch an und bat erneut NUR(!) meinem Mann um eine 5* Rezension, jetzt sofort! Währenddessen stand er daneben und schaute genau zu, sodass dieser auch nicht anders handeln konnte.

Natürlich finde ich eine bitte um Rezension durchaus angemessen, aber das fand ich schon etwas übergriffig.

Das Restaurant hat, je nach eigenem Geschmack, zwischen 3,5-4,2 Sterne verdient,...
