I highly recommend this establishment, we didn't get the chance to eat in the restaurant, apart from breakfast, which was fantastic, not too over the top. I recommend the omelette with bacon, if you have the choice. The Hotel rooms are perfect, I was there on a business trip and it was exactly what I needed, comfortable beds and a great shower, with little extras like a well stocked fridge/minibar, that isn't over priced. With complimentary teas and coffee in the room. The staff are very friendly, it is a family ran Hotel but with the professionalism you would expect from a high end chain Hotel.

Lovely restaurant with a very nice 3 course dinner for a very fair price. The taco starter was messy to eat but so very tasty and full of flavorful tuna. They served deer, because it's hunting season in Spa and it was gorgeous. The waiter took way too long to take away our plates, and instead spend his time cleaning all the other tables. Dessert was lovely, yet also served as a taco and the plate reminded me of a fishbowl, so ridiculously large. The coffee was gorgeous and served with small petitfours.

Great stay! Friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing! Choice out of 4 kinds of eggs and a large selection at the buffet. The bed in the room we stayed in (13) was a great comfort. Slept fantastic! Everything is so close yet there's no sound disturbance. Quite expensive, but definitely worth it! We combined it with going to the Thermen.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, please. It has a misleading style of selling breakfast, very poor service and staff that is incapable of solving simple problems in a reasonable way. I bought breakfast in advance. Just upon arrival they told me it started at 8:00. I had to check out at 7:15 because of a cycling tour. The service after the incident was very poor aswell. The receptionist was thick and blunt. I had to email the manager myself. The manager didn’t want to refund me. Payed 180,- for one night. And 18,-...
