Nice restaurant, but I have mixed feelings. In terms of food, the pizza takes the trophy, great authentic Italian pizzas. They make it fresh, in front of you! But... the Lasagna was a different story. I noticed parts of it was very hot, but inside the Lasagna there was a part that was a bit cold... the sauce taste almost bland. The bread and butter that was served, was not very tasty compared to my experience at other Italian restaurants
The service was very nice and engaging. Very busy. Even though they completely forgot about a drink I ordered. But to me, it was no big deal.
The ambience is nice. At the entrance you have the mini kitchen where they make the pizzas, and it is awesome. The space is average for restaurants at the Tervuren...
Read moreWe (two families with kids) asked if we could come in and were shown to a table, although waiter did not seem very happy. Then when we tried to order, he started an argument and refused to serve us. Reason for the argument - we were not allowed to have the kids share a pizza (as if a 4 year old can eat an entire adult-size pizza??). My impression is they just dislike children/families but it would be better to just tell us they are booked instead of letting us take a seat, choose from the menu and then kicking us out. Read moreGood pizza but nothing fantastic. For Belgian standards it is good and only slightly overpriced. It is usually crowded so a reservation would be recommended.

One former colleague told me this is the best place in Belgium to eat pizza. I didn't take that statement very seriously but after spending more than eight months in Belgium I realized that this may well be true. As a disclaimer the the Italian restaurants in Belgium are not very good and overpriced. This one is very reasonable in comparison so we go there...
