Pizzeria Di Fiore — Restaurant in Tervuren

Pizza is fine, but service was so bad I won't come back and would advise others to look for pizza elsewhere.

I made an order and was told it would be ready in 20 min. I arrived 40 min after I called. The man welcomed me with an angry face and a long silence. I had no clue what was going on. Instead of handing out my order he wanted an explanation for why I arrived 1 h late, asking me where I lived. I said I did not arrive 1 h late, but he insisted, and to prove his point he showed me the log of calls in his phone. My call was showing 40 min ago. The man took the phone away shouting that I didn't know how to count, but realising that he was wrong he handed over my order.

Amazing pizzeria in Tervuren in Belgium. It is one man who makes all the pizzas and they are very delicious. There is some seating inside but you can also order and come pick it up at the set time. All of the pizzas are truly wonderful but the man himself is a whole other thing. He will probably speak to you in a mix of Italian, french, English and he might even throw in some Spanish. He loves and always makes jokes, even when they are sometimes a bit mean. He's a bit arrogant but a very nice character all together. He also has a dope motorcycle. Most of the reviews are probably true. This is a one-man operation and Emilio much prefers things his way, which is as cashier, cook and server. Cash only. You are told this if you ring. If you can, try a bit of French. I was on time for my order and had to wait 10 minutes while my pizzas were made in front of me and cooked extremely quickly. I can live with this.

For the very reasonable price, pizzas are enormous and the flavours are uncomplicated and extremely enjoyable. What else do you want on a...
