De Eburoon — Restaurant in Tongeren

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, and had a lovely dinner in this cozy restaurant. The "stoofvlees met sla en frietjes" (meat stew with vegetables and fries) was superbly done. Make sure to bring some cash money, since paying by credit card is of course possible but does not allow...

2u moeten wachten op ons eten.. Op voorhand gebeld om met 4 personen te komen eten. Om 18u00 toegekomen en worden niet bediend. Constant worden we vergeten. 3x zelf achter drank moeten gaan. Ik vraag na 1 uur of ze al aan ons eten bezig zijn. Krijg ik het antwoord “ja het is druk hè ik zal kijken” mensen die na ons zijn toegekomen hadden veel eerder een kaart om te bestellen met als resultaat dat zij eerst eten hadden. Na een dik kwartier kwam ze terug met de info “ze gaan er nu aan beginnen, een klein kwartiertje” een dik half uur later was ons eten er en het was niet echt bepaald goed. Het kon ermee door maar dit is echt absurd. Het is nu 20u30 en we hebben sinds 19u45 niemand meer aan tafel gehad, niet voor drank, niet voor leeggoed en niet om te vragen of alles in orde was....
