We came here because we had coupons ready so we wanted to have lunch here. After we arrived we chose to order our food from kiosk (not from cashier) as it would be faster. We tried to use one of our coupons however, the machine was not working correctly. After few attempts we switched the machine and tried one more time. Obviously none of those kiosks were working correctly. We rushed to the cashier as we still had our coupon valid for 1 minute. We were told to wait so our coupons expired. We tried several other kiosk with coupons we knew we will not use but I am pretty much sure that none worked correctly but there was no sign or anything. So we decided to pick some food from Mc momment as they are cheaper. When I wanted to pay (by card) it was not accepted so we switched to cashier to finish our order there. I tried my card once more but it was also rejected. Not sure why. I've been using my card in Brussels for really long time without any problem. I paid with it the day before. With all the problems with ordering I think maybe they have some problem but I could not say for sure. We paid. We then paid by cash. We waited only few minutes before order arrived (I was surprised it was that fast). The only problem here was that they somehow forgot to bring my drink I ordered and paid for even though my friend received hera drink, so I had to get up and go to tga cashier once again to ask for my drink. The reason why I gave 1 star is not that there was some big problem but because there were a lot of tiny problems which we were not aware of (but we should have been). We lost three coupons we wanted to use just because no one informed us they have problem and there was no sign as well. If there is some problem inform customers next time please, you will avoid a lot of confusion and bad customer...
Read moreI generally have a pleasant experience at this branch, but I would like to take a moment to specifically commend Alison for her outstanding service. She was exceptionally kind and demonstrated a level of professionalism and empathy that I had not witnessed at any McDonald’s branch before.
During my visit, Alison noticed that my fries had not come with the order. Instead of merely rectifying the issue, she took it upon herself to personally bring the fries to my table, apologizing for the delay and explaining that she wanted to ensure they were served hot. Her thoughtful gesture did not go unnoticed.
Moreover, Alison communicated with me in English upon realizing that I could not speak French, which made the experience even more comfortable for me. These small yet meaningful acts of kindness and attention to detail enhanced my overall experience and made me enjoy my meal even more.
Her kindness and professionalism truly set a benchmark for excellent customer service and should serve as an example for others.

But now the just gave up.they just don't care this one customer could not order with the new monitor and the macdonals staff just didint care and let him and his family leave the one place we grow up and had good memories of hospitalities.
