Discovered this (rather new) gelateria by chance today - and am VERY glad I did! Giotto prepare really tasty ice cream, not too sweet, which lingers on your taste buds. I try to find the best ice cream parlours wherever I go (and often a cursory look at the sickly-coloured mountains of "gelato" displayed is enough to make me move on fast), and in my experience here in Brussels Giotto ranks among the very best! The range of flavours available at any given time is probably more limited than at many other gelaterie, but here they try to stick to the best seasonally and regionally available produce... and transform it into delicious ice cream. I also found the price quite OK for Brussels - the scoops at Giotto are generous. Keep up the standards you set yourself! And if you haven't tried their gelato yet - don't wait, all the more so as it is well-located in a nice and interesting...

No idea why is the hype about this place but quite disappointing. I asked for Pistachio and Hazelnut (my 2 fav gelato flavour) and none of those flavours were on the menu. You can go to any other gelateria, they will be Pistachio and hazelnut on the menu!!! Service was not very good. Staffs not friendly. I ended up having the café flavour to tru and nothing special about it. The texture was creamy but taste was so so. Ive had better gelato and service...
