We went there with a friend and it was really enjoyable. The food was good. We returned with my family yesterday and they did not bother to give us a descent table although i am a retuning customer… no smile… no atmosphere…. no nice experience… waitress to speed to order… with unecessary comments…. and no choice of a descent table although we were among the first ones and there were plenty of free tables…. The tuna was not as bice as the first time…. I had a feeling that it was just “business is business “ type of place” except for the bill that was perhaps valuable for the food but certainly not for...

Very bad experience. We had to wait an eternity until we could order, and again until we had our food. My boyfriend asked for a medium rare steak which was served almost raw. It was sent back to the kitchen and came back exactly the same…as a result my boyfriend ate nothing that evening since I was already done with my salmon (which was served with plain cold pasta). Nous voulions profiter d'un moment de détente entre amis (6 personnes) et nous avons pu attendre 30 min pour juste recevoir la carte, et plus 1h15 pour recevoir les plats après les avoir commandé (et pas dans leur entièreté ... ) Les frites sont arrivé 15min après avoir reçu nos steaks!

Il faut demander à plusieurs reprises aux serveurs (4 à 5x) pour recevoir de l'eau ou boisson durant le repas. (Manque cruel de communication)

Suite à l'attente extrêmement longue nous n'avons pas prit de dessert malgré les nombreux signes que nous avions fait aux serveurs. Lorsque nous avons signalé la situation à l'accueil aucun geste commercial ou même d'excuse n'a été faite de leur part.

Si nous avions prit les desserts, ils nous en auraient fait cadeau. (disaient-ils) Mais êtes vous réellement prêt à attendre plus de 2h30 à table pour recevoir un dessert?

Pour eux, il est logique de traiter les clients pour cette prestation médiocre nous n'avons pas discuté plus longtemps mais nous n'y retournerons plus.

Nous étions des clients réguliers depuis quelques années mais la prestation s'est extrêmement dégradée.
