Dès l’arrivée on laisse entendre qu’il n’y a que des menus à 60 € déjà déposés sur la table. Il faut insister pour avoir la carte et découvrir qu’il y en a un à 45 €. Ce qui, dès le départ rend le serveur déjà très agressif. L’arrogance, le ton méprisant du serveur a tout gâché. J’ai failli me lever et remettre ce grossier personnage à sa place, mais je n’ai pas voulu gâcher la fête d’anniversaire de mon amie. Quant au plats, beaucoup d’attention est mise aux petits détails (que je nommerai des chichis inutiles), mais la cuisine est totalement sans saveur. Seul, le poisson m’a séduit car d’une cuisson parfaite. En dessert, nous avons pris du sabayon, très décevant car encore une fois sans saveur et d’un aspect gélatineux que je n’ai pas apprécié, si il y avait de l’alcool dans ce dessert italien, il devait être déposé au compte goutte. Ne l’interrompez pas quand il tente de démarrer son laïus car il vous bouffe le nez. Ne lui demandez surtout pas l’addition deux fois car il vous remet à votre place. Et ce « plaisir » fut de longue haleine car il a fallu 4 heures au total pour aller de l’apéritif à la note …

De arrogantie en de minachtende toon van de ober heeft alles verpest. Ik was bijna op en zette dit onbeleefde personage op zijn plaats, maar ik wilde het verjaardagsfeestje van mijn vriendin niet verpesten. Er wordt veel aandacht besteed aan de kleine details (wat ik onnodige gedoe zal noemen), maar de keuken is totaal smaakloos. Alleen al was ik onder de indruk van de vis, omdat hij perfect gaar was. Als dessert namen we sabayon, wat erg teleurstellend was omdat het weer smaakloos en gelatineachtig was dat ik niet leuk vond. Als er alcohol in dit Italiaanse dessert zat, moest het op de druppel worden gestort. Onderbreek hem niet als hij zijn lek probeert te starten, want hij eet je neus op. Vraag hem zeker niet twee keer om de rekening, want hij geeft je in je plaats.
