We stumbled across this gem as we were looking for a place to eat. For those unfamiliar with frozen custard it is like ice cream but more creamy. I like this better than ice cream. The host was very friendly and explained all the flavours and "styles" (like sundae, concrete, etc.). See our pictures for the full list of flavours. Chocolate is always a great option but we enjoyed trying the soursop as well. We visited multiple times and leveraged the buy "5 scoops get one free" punch card.

A great little custard shop (ice cream on steroids) in San Pedro. Stopped by after dinner next door this week and grabbed a pint of coconut custard. It was terrific. More delicious than ice cream, more fat, more creaminess. The staff was friendly, helped with selections, etc. A nice little custard shop "on the island." We weren't looking for dessert, and this was a most pleasant find! Recommend Caye Custard for a tasty dessert, any time of day!

The Best treat on the Island! Been coming here for 10 years and it is the first and last place I visit. I have never been able to find anything like it anywhere - The Rum Raisin is unbelievable. Everywhere I go I am looking for iced custard - so hard to find and sooo worth the look. If I could get it delivered the 6000 kms to Canada - I would in a heartbeat.

If you’re craving something cold, creamy, and absolutely delicious in San Pedro, look no further than Caye Custard. This spot is a hidden gem and hands down the best ice cream on the island. From the moment you walk in, the sweet aroma hits you and you know you’re in for a treat.

The custard here is unbelievably rich and smooth—velvety in texture and bursting with flavor. Whether you’re a classic vanilla fan or want to try one of their fun, local flavors, you really can’t go wrong. Every scoop tastes like it was made with love and top-quality ingredients.

It’s the perfect stop after a hot day at the beach or an evening stroll through town. The staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the portions are generous. You’ll be thinking about this ice cream long after...

I always search out ice cream places wherever I go on holiday, and DandEs is one of the best I've ever had. The two women who served us both nights were really friendly and let us try as many flavours as we wanted. The frozen custard is like a step above ice cream, it was really amazing. It's a very small place, you'd miss it if you weren't specifically looking for it. I wish they had one in every country!! The servings are generous and the flavour list is broad enough for choices, but not so wide that you get overwhelmed. The quality is so much better than the typical ice cream places where they fill them with chemicals that make them puff up and look pretty on display. A must visit if you're on...

Met Blake and his wife on a restaurant tour in San Pedro. Great people. Blake is a retired policeman from Oregon. His wife is a nurse. Both public servants. They are Entrepreneurs extraordinaire with several businesses and more in the making. They have invested in making the best cream in Belize. No artificial ingredients. I had the mango. I have ate I cream all over the world and this may be the best ever. Give them a try. Great ice cream. Great people. What a better combination to spend a few minutes with in an air conditioned...
