Chopsticks Fusion — Restaurant in City of Hamilton

If I could give this place no stars I would. Out of all the times I've been there the food is either sub-par and inedible or really good (Eat-In & Takeout). The only reason why i'm choosing to write this review out of all the times I've been there is because of what I found in my food. I took the lid off the container & it was clear that the chicken that I had wasn't made to order or fresh at all. It definitely looked and smelled like it already belonged in the garbage, So that's where it went. As I just paid $30 for the food and half of it was already sitting in the garbage, I still tried my luck at the rest of my dinner. I was eating the rice and noticed a greyish black pellet looking thing in the container. Already sceptical I put the piece "rice" to the side and notice a small hair sticking out of it. With that being said it's quite obvious it was some sort of vermin excrement! I really wish i took a picture of it but I was so horrified I threw everything in the trash! I'm ill just thinking about it! Needless to say the health department needs to pay this place a visit! I won't eat here...

recently visited Rosa’s Chopstick Restaurant in Bermuda and was left somewhat disappointed. The food was just okay—not particularly memorable. I had specifically requested spicy chicken but was instead served sweet and sour chicken, which was not what I ordered.

Additionally, I noticed an inconsistency with the drinks service. While my drink was served plain without any garnishing, other nearby tables had the same drinks beautifully garnished, which felt a bit unfair and overlooked.

Horrible first time experience ordering lunch. The Mongolian Beef was not Mongolian Beef. The sauce was excessive and the flavour was illegitimate at best. Too much sugar and salt at the same time, possibly with a good amount of MSG. The fried rice should not have had soy sauce already mixed in. I suggest you avoid.
