Remiss in posting this from a visit a month ago…. While needing a bite to eat and a cup of coffee, we stumbled on Frequency, and were absolutely delighted! I discovered dirty chai and they had delicious Portuguese donuts, and the ladies were so delightful! What a great find! BE AWARE. My wife and I visited this Cafe and ordered two paninis and a coffee just to be surprised with 10 dollars overcharge. When asked to explain the breakdown of the receipt, she mentioned all the extras hidden fees that were not mentioned at the time of the order including pesto sauce ($2), de-cafe ($2) etc. Not to mention 17% gratuity for eating in when everything was a self-serve.
