Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

I got ONE small little coffee and literally 10 minutes go by and people who bought complicated coffees who paid for their coffees get theirs before I get my very simple coffee with milk.

Afterwards I wait for 10 minutes and still no coffee, so I go up to ask and the lady asks for a receipt which I didn't have, because the lady before forgot to give me one. She asks for her colleague to come and see if I'm trying to scam them or not. Which is totally fair. The issue lies in the fact that she tried to argue with me before checking with her colleague who did recognize me and my order. The man was very nice too trying to deescalate the situation.

The workers are outright rude and after 5 min of just straight up trying to plead my case and argue, I get my coffee (which was made in 20 seconds). Honestly it ruined my whole evening because had they not forgotten to give me the receipt or just not forgotten my order 10 seconds after I ordered there would have...

We just wanted to drink a cup of coffee. What we didn't know was that we were very lucky. Caribou Coffee and its staff made our day wonderful. I am 35 years old and I burst out laughing like a child. If you think I'm exaggerating, please have a coffee here and say hello to Ms. Ivana and Amra. If you're having a bad day, definitely stop by here for a coffee. I wish I lived here and drank my coffee here every morning. thank you for everything. You are like the owner of Caribou Coffee, not its employees. Overall nice place, but the internet is a disaster and the food is far too expensive for what is offered. The wifi is open, however its so bad that i couldnt even connect to it, let alone do anything on it. Food is average taste-wise but its too expensive compared to other places. No complaints for the drinks, everything I've tried was nice. Also, there are constantly groups of loud and chaotic teenagers in the space, so if youre sensitive to noise be aware that this place is popular...
