INFERNO — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

Edit: after posting a review we had about 5 staff confront my partner and I saying they don't allow 1 star reviews.... They never asked how they can make it better. Even threatened to get my google profile removed.

The the owner came by he was much more pleasant I give him coodos for running a business with the staff he has considering they have no maners.

I will change my review to 3 stars just because the owner is pleasant to deal with and explained that they are close to closing and shut the machines off for coffee.

But staff definitely needs better training.

Original review: Asked for coffee they said they didn't have any, asked for a cocktail they said they don't serve any alcoholic drinks. Over all not impressed.

Tražili kafu rekao nam konobar da nema više kafe. Tražili koktel rekli su nam da nemaju alkoholna pića. Nije lokal nesta...

The place is perfect to enjoy shisha with good wifi and perfect tea... they recently renovated the toilets, and they are super cute! Waiters are fast, really nice and helpful... it is also the closest shisha place to the "financial area," so it's practical... I've seen people bringing their food there, but maybe it is better if you ask. In any case, they don't have food, just beverages and a really good offer of shishas... they don't have so many outlets to charge your devices, so maybe check first before a deciding working remotely there. Odlican kafic. Samo ne posluzuju alkohol odmah moram napisati nije osobno problem ,ali za one koji piji da znate. Sami kafic je jako ugodno omišljen. Ugodna atmosfera ventilatori rade kad je vruce ,a generalno puse vjetar. Cjenu su pristupacne. Ima I nargila. Sad nargile su odlicne. Ako pusite toplo preporucam. Ciste, velike uz to I kolicina duhana koju donite. Osoblje stalno dolazi s novim kockama za nargile tako da nikada ne fali. Sto se tice osoblja decki su fenomenalni. Jako veliki lokal ,a pica I nargile doslovno lete. Uz to jako simpa I korisni. Isto uvjek volim rec kakvi su lokalci jer definitovno utjece na mjesto. Ukratko odlicni su. Svi su jako dragi spremni za pricu, preporuku itd. Toplo preporucam svima...
