Officina Della Pizza — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Fortaleza

Easily one of the worst food experiences I've had in Fortaleza. The place feels very tiny, the lighting is simply horrible. The place looked like a cave. We were in a group of less then 20 people and we had trouble to get a table enough for us all. After we were all seated, there were two waiters serving us and they constantly made mistakes about our order. One of them insisted he had taken an order from a girl called "Viviane" when in fact it was an order from our male friend "Vinicius". After talking him into it, he realized his mistake and then apologized. At the end of the night the other waiter came to bring us the bill and he said that he mixed some itens from another costumer bill into our bill and had to manually calculate the difference. And the most disappointing part of the whole experience was not even the fact that the waiters made some mistakes. I understand it happens to all of us. The major problem was the infrastructure. The place was tiny, the light was poor and, lastly, the knifes were all extremely dull to the point that we had to apply immense amount of force to cut down a simple slice of pizza. Can you imagine eating a stake with those knifes? Thank God this place only serves pizza. The food wasn't even that good. The juice was extremely sweet and the pizza was very dry and chewy. Not only me but a major part of my friends were disappointed...

As pizzas são muito gostosas e o atendimento excelente, os dois garçons são muito simpáticos e ágeis. A pizza frango à moda é deliciosa. Pedimos de pepperoni para provar e estava gostosa. Só acho o local barulhento, pois é aberto e numa esquina muito movimentada, os carros e motos passam fazendo muito barulho. Antes lá era muito escuro, as paredes verde escuro deixavam o ambiente não muito agradável, mas agora pintaram de cor clara, tipo creme e está muito melhor, ficou até mais iluminado. E as facas de lá são péssimas, não cortam a pizza e você sai com os dedos machucados. Há anos as facas de lá são assim. Só não dou nota 5 por causa das facas, mas as pizzas e o atendimento...

Local muito agradável, familiar, atendimento atencioso, pizza rapidamente chegou e com relativa boa qualidade de ingredientes, massa de espessura intermediaria, uma quantidade levemente exagerada de sal, contudo aceitável visto os sabores que escolhi (siciliana/frango à moda). Os preços são na média, comparado às pizarias da região, entretando um pouco acima da média para o nível da pizza. Boa quantidade de vagas para estacionar ao redor do local, porém com o problema crônico, também visto em outros lugares, chamado "flanelinhas"....
