JOJO ESPETARIA E OMELETERIA&JOJO GOURMET — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Ilhéus – Itabuna

This is one of the nicest restaurants we 've been eating at in Itacare' . Situated in a nice street only 5 walking minutes away from the Pituba, with the illuminated trees and tables it has a quiet and peaceful athmosphere . The menu offers fish, meat and pasta dishes, we had the moqueca with fish and prawns once, and the File' with Risotto , the chicken Parmigiana style and the Ceviche ( served in the Cocktail glass! ) and all the food was home made, freshly prepared and really delicious. Not on the menu, but displayed inside, they also have a good selection of wines. We ordered 2 Aperol Spritz, they were flat so we asked the waiter if the bottle was opened that day because Prosecco is supposed to have bubbles. She said that she will ask and come back, she never did. Then we asked the same question to the manager, he answered that he just opened it, even if the Aperol was bubble less… he was rude and didn’t even proposed to change it and he let us with our flat Aperol Spritz at 45R$ (so expensive for Itacaré!!!) that we didn’t even drink because it wasn’t good. Fomos extremamente mal atendidas no JOJO!!!!! NÍVEL JAMAIS VISTO!

Ao comentar de forma educada que a quantidade de proteína (no caso, a posta de peixe) era minúscula, o atendente foi grosseiro e não aceitou nosso feedback. Para piorar, o próprio cozinheiro saiu da cozinha e veio até o salão discutir conosco em tom de confronto.

Mesmo após pedir várias vezes COM GENTILEZA que fossem mais respeitosos e falassem de maneira adequada, a agressividade só aumentou. A situação chegou ao ponto de sermos convidados a nos retirar do restaurante — algo totalmente inaceitável e lamentável.

Em toda a minha vida, nunca tinha presenciado um atendimento tão desrespeitoso e de tão baixo nível. Em relação à comida, o pouco que conseguimos provar parecia aceitável, embora a porção de peixe fosse realmente insuficiente.

Um local que se propõe a receber clientes precisa, no mínimo, oferecer educação e profissionalismo. O JOJO deveria urgentemente rever sua forma de atendimento e investir em treinamento para sua equipe.
