Semola Restaurante e Pizzaria Italiana — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Lages

As an Italian I was very surprised of how authentic the cuisine is in Semola. The manager also lived in Bergamo for many years, and you can tell by many things that they care about offering a true taste of Italian dishes. The starters were amazing, as were the coffee, wine selection and liquors. The only detail that really threw me off was serving pasta together with the steak: definitely a way to adapt their exeperience to a more Brazilian audience, but not in armony with the overall authenticity of the restaurant. Very good both for a romantic dinner and for a dinner out...

We were in Urubici for our holidays and visited this place for a dinner on a Saturday night. We were so delighted that we choose this place. Awesome food and wonderful atmosphere inside. The water was super friendly and suggested us proper dishes to our liking. The dish with lamb meat was something mouth watering to say the least. We also had pizzas and salmon dishes. The bathroom was neat and clean and so was the entire place. Definitely...

Uma grande surpresa em uma região surpreendente. Não olhei opiniões e nem recebi indicações para ir no Semola... passei na frente e achei o ambiente agradável. Fomos muito bem recebidos... e já na escolha dos pratos uma surpresa interessante.. não existe menu impresso.. você escolhe os pratos numa lousa que o garçom traz.. nunca tinha visto algo parecido e perguntei porque... a resposta foi sobre praticidade para alterar o menu.. visto q ingredientes e pratos podem sofrer alterações semanais. O atendimento foi excelente.. extremamente rápido e objetivo. Pedimos uma pizza que estava fantástica... em poucos lugares do mundo comi uma pizza tão saborosa e tão bem preparada... isso q já viajei boa parte do mundo. Na escolha do vinho uma grata surpresa.. um excelente vinho Toscano a preço menor q brasileiro. Pedimos também sobremesa... Panacota de côco com calda de frutas vermelhas.. simplesmente espetacular... de comer de joelhos. Os preços são muito justos... e o ambiente confortável mas sem sofisticação. O Semola é um restaurante espetacular para quem busca qualidade.. bom atendimento e preço honesto.. Honestidade em entregar seu altissimo valor é o q me conquistou.. ansioso...
