The Kingdom Copacabana — Restaurant in Região Geográfica Imediata de Maringá

Excited to try the new kingdom coffee shop in Maringá and was unfortunately let down by a lack of general understanding of service. Ordered 5 cappuccinos and some basic bread meals. Cappuccinos took 15 minutes+ to arrive and upon arrival they were all cold. One was so cold we asked for another one, but it was just microwaved. As a premium coffee shop, you should never microwave a coffee. Waited a bit more for the food to arrive with the coffee but it never came, so we all finished our coffees while waiting, only after complaining did we get our food which also wasn't especially hot. (Pão na chapa, queijo, croissant)

Upon telling the wait staff at the end the coffee was cold, the food took too long - the response was the coffee needs to be that temperature and an apology about the wait as they were quite busy.

Cappuccino, and milk frothing is at around 70 degrees, the shot of coffee should be dialled in above this, so either the wait staff are uneducated or it was an excuse. The facility was busy, but nothing out of the ordinary. If you struggle with a mildly busy shop, then you need to manage your wait staff better. A coffee takes no more than a minute to make and you can make 3-4 at a time.

Have the courtesy to recognise when service is below an expected level, we were patient and polite given the situation, just give an overall apology. 5 star places at least recognise there was something off and maybe give a discount.

Um dos meus cafés preferidos da cidade, agora com uma nova unidade, bem em frente ao Parque do Ingá. Com um ambiente lindo, contemporâneo, aconchegante, muito bem decorado e com muitas plantas, além de áreas internas e externas. É um ótimo local para passar uma tarde trabalhando, nas mesas tem tomadas e tem Wi-Fi disponível para os clientes. O cardápio possui ótimas opções de cafés, chás, bebidas quentes e geladas, pães artesanais de fermentação natural, bolos e doces. Gosto muito do Capuccino gelado, do queijo quente e do brownie. Tive uma experiência bem deselegante hoje. Fui com a minha mãe, uma senhora de 71 anos e ao chegarmos procuramos um lugar nos fundos na parte aberta e escolhi uma mesa que tinha umas cadeiras mais confortáveis só que era uma mesa para 4-5 pessoas e estávamos em 2. O atendente chegou e perguntou se eramos só nós dois e respondi que sim e o mesmo solicitou que sentassemos em uma mesa menor, pois caso chegasse um grupo maior sentaria na mesa. Obs. Tinha mais de 10 mesas vazias sendo umas 4 mesas grandes. Apenas levantei , disse obrigado ao atendente e saí. Se fosse um horário lotado e tivesse bastante gente entenderia perfeitamente, mas numa sexta 14:45 não fez sentido. Até porque estava...
