I was thinking to figure out to how to start writing about my double experience in this place. Let's start from the beginning. I was stayed at Agape hotel and asked to hotel manager wish restaurant he could suggest for a good pizza. So he sends me the Napoles contact and we asked for a half four cheese and half pepperoni medium size pizza. It tooked about one hour to arrive. It came tastely but could be hot. The only thing that bothers me a lot was the price. Despite the good taste, 111 Brazilian reales it's too expensive for a medium size pizza. Next day we wanted to try a fondue and then we were to the same place but now, in loco. Cold and in the middle of a holiday e had to wait to enter. Ten minutes later they called us to get a couple sized table. I saw a four place sets l seat and I asked waitress if could us seat there, but she sad no. Right where after that another couple sat there and we became confused and a little bit upset. After five minutes waiting someone to take our order a wsitress as is if we wanted to take another table in an cozy part of the restaurant. After another accommodation, the cabe to the the order. When we said that our fondue's choice she said that table would be to small to fit all fondue's stuff. Another table was prepared to us so we moved to. Now, very well seated we ordered the fondue and two glass of wine, one soft and another dry to me. We chose the traditional fondue set after that a bunch of things had to find were to fit. Infelizmente tive uma péssima experiência em relação ao serviço. No dia 01/04 estivesse com meu marido no restaurante, a espera estava de 20 minutos, mas na verdade durou um pouco mais de 45 minutos, até aí tudo bem. Fomos alocados no andar superior em uma mesa no cantinho da janela, pedimos um vinho e a sequência premium de fondue, a casa estava cheia e nitidamente todos muito perdidos com o atendimento. Vieram os acompanhamentos, mas a chapa do fondue demorou mais de 30 minutos para vir a mesa, quando chegou a chapa, ficou faltando a panela de queijos, o garçom que nos atendeu constrangido de ver a demora eterna para conseguirmos jantar, pediu desculpas e disse que iria verificar com o gerente uma cortesia, ao final da conta nos deram um desconto de R$ 30,00 que foi a diferença do rodízio comum para o Premium, maa isso não apagou nem de longe a frustração de pagar quase R$ 600,00 em uma conta que não tivemos boa experiência. O fondue estava gostoso, porém causou tanta irritação que não conseguimos aproveitar direito. Além disso, as pessoas que não estavam comendo rodízio e sim pizza, ficaram incomodadas com a chapa do nosso fondue e 2 casais que estavam próximos pediram para trocar de lugar, acho que é um ponto para o restaurante avaliar, pois li aqui outros relatos de pessoas que se sentiram constrangidas por isso.
