New Year’s Eve (Revellion) event: food ok staff nice location is calm part of the beach extremely badly organised. More than 1 hour line to get in — while they were letting some people skip the line (some say they were paying the doorman). Then they didn’t serve dinner right away but waited until 22:00 — just to create another 1 hour long line to get food from the buffet. The service and location were actually great but the bar bill was wrong twice. The first time by over 50 real as Aperol cocktails and Caipirinhas were not correctly priced compared to their signs. We told them but the second time the bill was still showing an incorrect price for the Caipirinha, we just gave up and paid. It felt like we they were chancing that we wouldn't notice this.

Also, 12% tip is too high. The food portion was small...

Vamos lá... O local em si é agradável, mas o atendimento foi PÉSSIMO. Foi aniversário da minha amiga e a comemoração foi no Rayz Beach Point. Chegando lá não fomos bem recebidos , os garçons de cara fechada, arrogantes. Estávamos utilizando a caixa de som do recinto e os garçons desligaram o som sem qualquer aviso. Quando foram questionados sobre o desligamento do som , falaram que deveríamos falar com o dono do lugar que não se encontrava no momento do ocorrido. Na hora de fechar a conta foi uma confusão pois o garçom que atendeu a nossa mesa ao invés de anotar os pedidos em comandas diferentes , anotou todos os pedidos em uma só comanda .
