He was the only waiter who also had to bring the drinks and food, clean tables, charge, etc. the entire bar/restaurant area. Apparently, the restaurant manager sent it all the other waiters to work downstairs at the restaurant, which was not busy making the young waiter overwhelmed. We arrived and sat ourselves. It took 20 minutes for the table to be cleaned, additional 20 to 30 minutes for our orders to be taken. We ordered a bottle of champagne and 4 appetizers, 45 minutes later we still didn’t have any drinks or food, so I approached the waiter and asked for the champagne which was when I realized why he’s so overwhelmed. French fries were cold, eggplant Parmesan had no Parmesan, it was hard and chewy, not fried. The shrimp skewers and fish cakes were “OK” according to my partner. Then, when he still had a half a bottle of the champagne left, they started turning off the lights, cleaning up the tables making it clear that they wanted us gone . Would only go there to have a drink and watch the view, with no expectations of being served, would stay away...

Based on a recommendation, we stopped at the rooftop lounge for an afternoon snack and drink. The view is nice, but the service was awful. We were not even acknowledged for the first 10 minutes we were there. When we were finally approached, our waiter seemed like he had just arrived on planet earth earlier that morning, and was still adjusting. We had only ordered a mojito, a beer and a simple chicken soup. After nearly an HOUR, and several prompts, a very average soup arrived. They had no real explanation as to why a simple soup took this long. They said they were busy, but if they would've told us it would take an hour to get soup, we wouldn't have ordered it. We saw a couple near to us leave way more than half of the food they ordered, so I assume they over ordered or the food generally isn't that good there. Service terrible. View is very nice, especially if you can snag a spot along the rail.

My sunglasses were stollen from the table when I left for 4-5 minutes, with only a few people in the restaurant. When I asked the waiters about it they told me there’s nothing they can do about it and were very indifferent, like this would be something normal. Although there were lots of surveillance cameras, they didn’t bother checking any of them (it was literally a 5 min timeframe) which makes me believe they might be in on it.
