Beverino Vinhos Naturais — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

This is my 3rd visit to Beverino, and i’ve always had a great time when i’m here.

The ambience is cosy and lovely, and the music is very subtle - a perfect setting for conversations and sipping great wines. The staffs are incredibly knowledgeable about their wines, and trust me, if you’re a wine geek who is open to natural wines, you will love this place. They are very open to share their recommendations, and their prices are pretty reasonable.

As for the food, don’t expect big portions or heavy dishes. These are dishes that are meant to be paired with wines, and here are some of the notable dishes that i had enjoyed:

Nice bar/restaurant with a great selection of local and international natural wines. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. The food was really good, too. We had a number of delicious and creative sharing plates and no a single one of them disappointed. Prices may be a little higher than elsewhere, but it's obvious that premium and high-quality ingredients are being used, which do not come for free. Definitely recommend a visit to anyone who's into natural wine and good sharing...

Chegamos e, apesar de cheínho, ainda tinha lugar na mesa compartilhada: Pedimos indicação de vinho e não sentimos firmeza nessa parte do atendimento. Pra um bar de vinhos esperava mais conhecimento e segurança.

Pedimos os charutinhos, que demoraram uma eternidade: vem três; bem gostosos mas, confesso, o mais delicia foi o caldo, que era cremoso, muito saboroso, incrível! Antes mesmo da entrada chegar, pela demora, ja entendemos que deveriamos pedir logo os pratos principais. Um pato com curry e uma picanha de cordeiro, duas das minhas carnes prediletas. O pato fantástico, impecável no ponto e maciez; o curry gostoso mas eu esperava que viesse combinado de mais texturas (era um creme liso e só um creme liso). Prato pequeno, pra uma pessoa não tão comilona. O cordeiro veio na forma de dois pedaços generosos, porém acompanhado de vagens insossas (crocantes, ok. Mas eram vagens sem nenhuma sensualidade, sem tempero, sem molho, sem malícia). Não tão bem executado quanto o pato e, definitivamente, pra mim que adoro o sabor forte da carne de ovinos, faltou aquele gostinho característico.

Achei caro, entrega alguma coisa, mas não entrega wow (coisa que eu esperava, em função dos preços). Vinhos naturais em restaurante é isso mesmo, costumam ter valores elevados e ok, mas o lugar é super simples, ambiente bem sem mistério, atendimento razoável, então a experiência completa não sei se justifica...
