Great day!!!
Due to my expertise as a collaborator in the concierge and security segment, I evaluate the refined establishment as the best gastronomic space in the region, because, despite its rustic interior decoration, the excellence in service from the arrival of the clientele is immediately detectable, due to the always prompt service from a valet at the door who responds quickly and charges a single fee throughout the period of stay, differentiating it from other valets, to the always attentive security guard who also acts as a concierge helping with the disembarkation of vehicles, guiding the formation of the differentiated queue for those with reservations, queue for those who do not have a reservation, a queue for those who want to register their name while waiting for a table, a queue for seniors, a queue for customers with infants, a queue for PWD(s) always organized with extreme politeness, patience and a smile on their faces for service of the hostesses, who, in turn, optimize the entrance and directing the tables as much as possible for customers, who are literally impressed by the barbecue grills placed in front of the mezzanine, providing viewing of the preparations while they wait for their orders, tasting the excellent wine list, and, others appetizers.
The clientele is made up of regulars and people from all states of Brazil, as well as people from other countries on all continents, forming a look very rich in colors..., customs..., languages..., entire families happy to be enjoying unforgettable moments.
I also observe the happiness of the children and their parents who use the playground available at the establishment.
Note that the establishment also has a fishmonger for customers who wish to purchase and take a great product to their homes.
Without a doubt, it is an exceptional environment in every way, unique in its segment and region!!!

Read moreThis big seafood-focused restaurant/bar is not sure if it wants to be a restaurant or a bar. The food was fine, but the experience a bit off-kilter. Like a large concert venue or bar, they expected everyone to take an individual electronic card and hand it in upon exiting, to prove payment. That felt like a presumption of guilt, which is bad enough, but it also required each guest in our party of five to provide a name and Brazilian tax ID number, the "CPF" to enter the restaurant in the first place. Awkward and slow. Then the service was uneven, poorly trained, although friendly. It took a long time to take the orders with a glitchy handheld device. Each interaction with the waiters involved them loudly interrupting table conversations. In Brazil, a credit-card payment involves a series of questions about the type of card, and the person who showed up to charge us, who was not our waiter, felt the need to address the entire table with each question, not just quietly speaking with each person as they paid their bill. For a few minutes we had to stop our own conversation to deal with her. Separately, the bathroom area was flooded, the paper-towel dispenser was empty, the door handle was missing, etc. Overall,...
Read moreI have to start with the positives that the food and ambience are great and me and my partner had a great experience until we were paying the bill. The food was great although slight on the salty end. Their machines do NOT recognise any international Visa credit cards. We tried in total of 5-6 of our credit cards and none of them would work on their machines. They have got those that only recognise local credit cards. We spent over 600 Reais at dinner so we didn’t have enough cash either. I have USD in cash but they don’t take that. So my partner had to run to the banks this late at night to get cash and it was not very safe. Their staff were not very helpful with pointing directions of nearby banks either. Eventually I had to call my bank to fix my debit card so I could finally pay the bill. For a restaurant at this price range one would expect that they get machines that takes international credit cards as they are not uncommon. It took over 20mins at the entrance and it was not a comfortable experience and quite embarrassing. For my fellow travellers, if you would like to taste their amazing food please make sure you either have debit/cash or a local credit...
