Where do I begin...what an amazing hotel, so beautiful with great amenities as others have written about.
From my perspective, the positive experience was as a result of their amazing staff. Thank you Andrei, Daniella, Felipe, Henry, Chico, Alexandre, Igor, Joao, Matheus, and Tanya, and others who each provided a level of service my wife Lisa and I never experienced before. How can a hotel consistently offer incredible hospitality by every single employee? Pulso Hotel does!
The Pulso Hotel had an amazing idea of what the guest experience could be, and the implementation of their vision was unlike any other out there. Wow, did they excel in providing such a high level of hospitality.
The Pulso Hotel made the choice to put their team and their customer at the center of every decision and this is what truly separates them from the rest of the pack out there.
The best way I can explain the incredible positive experience with the Pulso Hotel is to explain the difference between service and hospitality. Service is black & white but true hospitality is color. Sure black & white means you are doing your job with competence and efficiency; color means that you make your guests feel great about the job you are providing for them. Yes, having the room on time and the room clean is black & white, but genuinely engaging with the person you are serving, so you can make an authentic connection - that's hospitality and that is what the Pulso Hotel is all about. They know that hospitality is a selfish pleasure . They know it feels great to make other people feel good.

Read moreThe hotel is super stylish and chic, and the check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was absolutely delicious! The restaurant space is also really beautiful.
Unfortunately, I had a bit of a letdown with my room. The walls, as mentioned in other reviews, are super thin, and I could hear everything happening next door. The TV was also broken, and the shower control was loose from the wall. The hotel was quick to change my room, which I really appreciated, but I was hoping for a bit more from a 5-star hotel.
The gym was nice and new, and I had a few requests for the gym manager. I think it would be great if guests could use the gym instead of being disturbed during their workout.
Lastly, I had a mystery charge from the restaurant on my bill which was disappointing. This still needs to corrected even when promised at check out.

This hotel is one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Not only is the building beautiful but every detail was considered. They have a high end tech package that includes electronic locks and an Alex that controls the shades, TV and more. The best part of my stay was the king sized bed. It was so luxurious and the sheets were 100% amazing. All that aside, the best part of this hotel is the team. The service was definitely 5 STARS for me. They contacted me ahead of time so everything would be perfect when I arrived. Everyone knew my name and used it. They were helpful, accommodating and offered an excellent restaurant choice, coffee shop and even showed me where I could walk to church.
