Delicious and with fair prices, Sweet Heart is the kind of alternative restaurant that is just what I was looking for. It's Taiwanese cuisine is both well served and high quality. They charge very fair prices for both quantity and quality alike. Speaking of quality, both in food and attendance, which are both excellent and the attendants are really respectful, I really loved the kind of 'alleyway restaurant' where you can enjoy a good meal in a place that is not full of people all the time. If you're like me and you like these more 'niche' sort of restaurants, this place is definitely for you. Bear in mind that it's a good restaurant for small groups, friends and family. Their whole menu is full of variety and most of their plates are perfect for sharing too. I should also mention that, at the end of every meal, they even give you free tea! In all due honesty, I still want to try the rest of the menu. I'll be looking forward to get back here the next...

O lugar é pequeno e apertado. Apesar de ter uma boa quantidade de mesas, alguns lugares acabam ficam inutilizados quando outra pessoa senta. O chão no fundo da loja está sem os azulejos, a aparência é de um lugar mal cuidado. Assim que escolhi uma mesa o atendente me trouxe o cardápio. Ele demorou para voltar para anotar o pedido. Quando voltou, me perguntou de uma forma ríspida o que eu queria. Pedi um suco de chia e um yakibifum. O suco foi entregue de imediato e estava delicioso. O prato demorou e foi trazido por uma senhora que ficava o tempo todo correndo de um lado para o outro, e o lugar nem estava tão cheio assim. Ela colocou o prato na mesa e já saiu. Quando olhei na mesa não tinha nenhum utensílio que eu pudesse usar para comer. Chamei o atendente e disse que só foi entregue o prato. Ele falou: e você quer o que? Hashi e guardanapo tem aqui. E abriu uma gaveta embaixo da mesa. Era minha primeira vez no local, não tinha como eu adivinhar onde pegar o hashi e os guardanapos a porção dá tranquilamente para duas pessoas. É muito bem servida e gostosa. Terminei e fui para o caixa. Quando cheguei ao caixa o atendente de mesas falou para o atendente do caixa qual era a minha mesa. O rapaz emitiu o pedido e disse para eu conferir. Olhei e nada do que estava ali eu tinha pedido e era bastante coisa. Ai eu falei que estava tudo errado porque nada daquilo eu tinha pedido e comecei a falar o que eu realmente tinha pedido e ele me interrompeu bruscamente perguntando qual era o número da mesa. Eu respondi qual era e ele disse que tinha entendido errado. Eu não falei nada, só esperei ele emitir o pedido certo. Do nada ele vira pra mim, me olha bem bravo e fala Calma! com o tom de voz alterado. Eu muito tranquila disse que eu não estava nervosa. Ele então se acalmou e pediu desculpas. Paguei o pedido e fui embora. Não dá pra voltar em um lugar onde foi tratada com rispidez. Eu esperava outro tipo de atendimento. Um mais educado talvez. Isso porque hoje é uma terça feira, dia em que o movimento na Liberdade é considerado tranquilo. Imagino como eles tratam os clientes no domingo com o movimento...
