I have rarely seen a place that is so badly run. Let me start with the pros. First, the food is good although expensive. It is one of the few places in Fortaleza where prices are only slightly cheaper than what one would find abroad (having just returned from London, that was a surprise). Also, the kids playground is amazing and reasonably priced. Finally, the digital menu is super funny because most items are badly translated to English: "Entrails" instead of "Starters", "Cymbals" instead of "Dishes", "Crab Hooves" instead of "Crab legs" are just some examples.
The cons are everything that involves service (although the ambiance has poor acoustics as well). We were welcomed on the ground floor by someone who said a table would be waiting for us once we went upstairs. The upstairs person somewhat rudely indicated that she had no idea if they had a table for us, even though there were plenty of open tables. After we got to our table, we discovered the waiting staff was a joke. Every order had to be repeated two or three times and one of the dishes we ordered was never communicated to the kitchen, which led some of us to wait additional 15 minutes after all the other dishes were brought to the table. The playground staff was supposed to keep our kids inside that restricted area unless we were picking them up. Those instructions were never followed. The more concerning thing was when they tried to bring the wrong kid to our table. Luckily for the real parents, we were not interested in keeping the extra one.
Just a flat out comedy of errors. If you are used to professional service during your travels, this is a...

Horrible simply horrible! My wife waited one and a half hours for a salad. Never came, we talked to manager who was way over his head, His response sorry but here is your bill. I can tell you this is why this restaurant didn’t make it in Miami, they don’t know how to take care of people. Deserved 0 stars.... The table next to us it was their anniversary and they had waited 30 to 45 minutes for an appetizer! The offed us no discount or anything to make up for their lack of ability. I say take your business anywhere but here just because it’s new doesn’t make it worth the trip! Seems they are unable to perform the simplest of orders. Sad won’t be popular for long :) this...
Read moreAdorei a experiência! Ficamos no lugar onde dá pra ver o pôr-do-sol, eles abrem as cortinas. Achei muito bonito. O único ponto negativo é a música alta, precisamos falar quase gritando.
