Very disappointing. Perhaps there are too many tables for what they can realistically handle?
Facts: (1) the server strongly suggested a drink that they didn’t have available. (2) the server completely forgot to mention they couldn’t make said drinks (2 out of 4 total) until we asked for them some 20 minutes later. (3) we had to wait for about 30 more minutes to get the new drinks we requested. (4) in the meantime, we were waiting for the restaurant to make up for a dish that was, again, completely forgotten (1 out of 4 total). This one took close to an hour.
Opinions: (1) the restaurant is very beautiful. (2) the quality of the food and drinks themselves, assuming we got what we ordered, was nothing to write home about (3) a 30-minute wait time to be seated for mediocre food only makes things worse (4) staff in general was not into it. At all. Considering how error prone they were and how long everything took, I’d assume the kitchen is understaffed, which, in turn, suggests complete chaos. (5) too much fluff. Simple but outstanding trumps over sophisticated but bland every time. (6) if you are the hostess, at the very least say thank you to your patrons when they leave. Baseline manners matter. (7) don’t cook a salted pizza dough and call it focaccia. Just don’t.
Not everything was bad and I feel like our server wanted to do things right.
Regretfully, all the good in this restaurant was heavily eclipsed by the bad, and there are too many good places in Rio to consider...

Fui ao restaurante sexta 13/11, com 7 amigos. Chegamos por volta de 18h com o restaurante ainda vazio, atendimento péssimo. Na entrada fomos informados q a noite só servem pizza, porém isso não é informado nas redes sociais, uma pessoa da mesa ficou sem comer. Os garçons não paravam pra ouvir o pedido, quando digo ''os'' é porque não ficou claro quem estava nos atendendo. Tentamos pedir as pizzas por umas 3 vezes, e continuamos sendo ignorados. Dps, conseguimos consumir, porém o restaurante encheu, e o que já era ruim ficou ainda pior, esperamos 1h30 por uma das pizzas, bebidas não conseguíamos nem pedir direito pq o garçom e os outros que estavam no salão ignoravam. Enfim, não recomendo.
Sobre a comida e bebida:
carta de vinhos absurdamente cara, vinho chileno de 20,00 reais sendo vendido por 100,00.
carpaccio de carne: deveria se chamar carpaccio de rúcula, pq só veio isso. não vale o preço.
pizzas: Joaquina, Geovana, Monalisa e Fiorela estavam excelentes, (fiorella é a melhor do cardápio).
pizza liliana: horrível, era pizza de molho de tomate e só, no cardápio disse que viria grana padano, mas só no cardápio mesmo, a pizza tinha gosto de molho predilecta do mercado.
Sobre toda experiência, não recomendo! Não vale o preço, e existem outras concorrentes na zona sul, que praticam os mesmos preços e são bizarramente superiores (Ella, Mamma Jamma e etc).
OBS: RESPONDENDO A REPLICA DO PRÓPRIETARIO. não sejam incoerentes, no cardápio tem o preço dos vinhos. de 99,00 a 146,00. logo, minha crítica é fundamentada. a pizza liliana no cardápio diz levar molho de tomate (assim como as outras), tomate pelati ou não, a pizza tinha gosto ruim e ácido. e tentamos chamar o gerente duas vezes (a primeira, assim que chegamos) mas se nem com os garçons conseguíamos falar, o que dirá...

We ordered two pizzas, one never arrived, the second was completely different to what was stated on the menu.
Waiters were slow and management was rude when we pointed out the issue on the menu to try and help them prevent future problems like this. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, the manager rudely kept on trying to prove his point.
