Torro Grande / Торро Гранде — Restaurant in Plovdiv

We had a big table for dinner. Decoration of this restaraunt very nice also the location super. About the stuff very good expecially Christo he is fantastic waiter with good skills he is professional. I had a salad and sushi was good. I order after for main course Pork fillet with pure. The pure was corn-pure and I didnt like it. I just taste very little and call the waiter to change it. Christo the waiter try to help me and to change it or to add other pure. I change it the same dish with Potato-pure. When the manager after came to our table we inform him about it and his answer was "Me too I dont like this corn-pure" this is not manager answer. Actually one young guy who becoming as a joke manager. Then came the dish and the Pork fillet the basis of the dish was like chewing gum,without taste actually I lost my mood to eat and stay hungry. Finally my opinion is that this restaraunt the Chef is using very very cheap products and meats and gives to customers low quality and high prices. Is pitty to have such a nice restaraunt with amazing decor good waiter (Christo) and finally have bad quality of kitchen. I hope will be some changes...

However, it’s important to note that Torro Grande is not the most budget-friendly option, especially by local standards. Given the higher prices, I expected a higher level of service, but unfortunately, this was not the case. Despite having numerous staff members, the service was disappointingly slow. The staff appeared disengaged, which detracted from the overall experience. Twenty minutes would go by without anyone picking up empty plates. I had to keep waving.

In conclusion, while Torro Grande excels in food and atmosphere, there’s room for improvement in the service department. If the staff were more attentive and efficient, it would greatly enhance the dining experience and...
