SOHO - Apart House — Hotel in Plovdiv

Before we were there we looked the rating and the room pictures in booking. The hotel looked luxury and great! The rating in booking was high enough 9.6. We thought this is our hotel to stay in Plovdiv. We paid 200 Euros for 3 nights. The hotel is 50-60 m. from the beginning of the main shopping street in Plovdiv. There is no parking place near by but in the near streets you can park free. The elevator speaks when you go up and tells you that you are heading up. Not exactly effective or smart when you know that you are going up!? Very fancy, luxus, great! The appartments are very well designed but somehow dark - grey, dark brown, etc. Many lights, too many. LED lamps, some of which burned out on the edge of the kitchen cabinets.The unbelievable happened when we discovered a used condom behind the bedroom door!!! We have informed the receptionist straight forward. No exact effect or any suitable apology for To-Vomit-Experience! Simple oral backhanded apology. Since this first day we did not see a person alive or heard any one to contact us for something. Nobody has cleaned anything in this upcoming and rest days of this horror experience as you may understand why later in our post. We found strange stains on the sofa, which we covered with the towels from the hotel. Next night I was awaken from my wife, because she saw in the bathroom as she said to me one mother cockroach with her babies!! It was definitely a horror experience!! Additionally rocking chair and crumbling shower and dirty bathroom. I have moved the shoe cabinet as we have started to inspect what else we can find and guess what! Behind the shoe cabinet in the corridor we found lots of paper and dirt, as we doubt that this room was cleaned at all! I have checked all comments in booking to check how this hotel reached 9.6 points at all times when they must be closed!! All comments were - very clean, great!! But one comment from a german guy was exactly as ours. Either they used some randome friends and guys to accumulate all this positive rating (east europe do not forget) or we hit the jackpot! Decide on yourself if you want to stay there :). I forgot to add that there was a playpen in the middle of the room, which we asked for half-assembled and burned on the grid, as if they had put dogs in it with cigarettes or instead of a child, because only a dog could...

Апартаментите/стаите в SOHO са добре поддържани. Можете да видите, че околната среда е наскоро реновирана. Персоналът е приятелски настроен. Единственото нещо, което трябва да се отбележи, е, че цената на напитките в кафенето под хотела не е чак толкова евтина... може би някои оферти поне за закуска на договорени цени не биха били лоши. Няма паркинг към хотела, а всичко отвън се заплаща по 2 лева за всеки час паркиране.

The apartments/rooms of the SOHO are well cared for in detail. You can see that the environment has been recently renovated. The staff is friendly. The only note is the cost of drinks in the café below the hotel is not so cheap ... perhaps some offers at least for breakfast at agreed prices would not be bad. There is no parking at the hotel and what is found outside is all paid at 2 leva for each hour of parking.

Τα διαμερίσματα/δωμάτια του SOHO είναι φροντισμένα με κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Μπορείτε να δείτε ότι το περιβάλλον έχει ανακαινιστεί πρόσφατα. Το προσωπικό είναι φιλικό. Η μόνη σημείωση είναι ότι το κόστος των ποτών στο καφέ κάτω από το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι τόσο φθηνό... ίσως κάποιες προσφορές τουλάχιστον για πρωινό σε συμφωνημένες τιμές δεν θα ήταν άσχημες. Δεν υπάρχει χώρος στάθμευσης στο ξενοδοχείο και ό,τι βρίσκεται έξω πληρώνεται με 2 λέβα για κάθε ώρα στάθμευσης.

Los apartamentos/habitaciones del SOHO están cuidados al detalle. Se nota que el ambiente ha sido recientemente renovado. El personal es amable. La única pega es que las bebidas en la cafetería de abajo del hotel no son muy baratas... quizás algunas ofertas, al menos para el desayuno a precios acordados, no estarían mal. El hotel no dispone de aparcamiento y todo lo que hay fuera se paga a 2 levas por hora de aparcamiento.

Gli appartamenti/ camere dello SOHO sono ben curati nei dettagli. Si vede che l'ambiente è di recente ristrutturazione. Il personale è gentile. Unica nota il costo delle consumazioni nel caffè sotto all'hotel non è così del tutto economico... forse delle offerte almeno per la colazione a prezzi concordati non sarebbe male. Manca il parcheggio all'hotel e quello che si trova fuori è tutto a pagamento a 2 leva per ogni ora di sosta.

Die Apartments/Zimmer des SOHO sind bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegt. Man sieht, dass die Umgebung kürzlich renoviert wurde. Das Personal ist freundlich. Einziger kleiner Hinweis: Die Getränke im Café unterhalb des Hotels sind nicht gerade günstig. Vielleicht wären ein paar Angebote zumindest für das Frühstück zu vereinbarten Preisen nicht schlecht. Es gibt keine Parkplätze am Hotel, und alles außerhalb kostet 2 Lewa...

SOHO is lovely place!

Located in very strategical place who gives you silent during the night to sleep. Extremely near to the centre street. Restaurants,supermarkets,small shopping centre around the hotel, taxi and buss station if you need to use one of the transportations.

The staff are friendly and kind! Big thanks to Emil,who its managing the building. Easygoing communication and finding always solutions if you are not happy with anything.

We had our family and friends from Spain 🇪🇸 staying for couple days there. 🫶They felt like home! -Clean rooms -Pretty atmosphere -Nice location -Great coffee shop
