The kid's playground is awesome, and the actual staff that was watching after the kids was really nice and polite. I can't say the same however for the restaurant part, it seems that those are separate, as well as the management. The food was average to low, the staff was okay but not at all stuffed for the tables they have and the crowd that comes and expects to be served. At more busy days, it's a complete chaos. We celebrated a kids birthday party there, the cake was late, the kids didn't have a dedicated kids spot but rather a "grown up's table" with nothing on it, no birthday elements at all, cutting the cake was again late, birthday music misaligned with the event, we were rushed because the next birthday party was about to begin ( even though we had a agreement to extend the hour ). No place to actually take pictures or even walk freely without being interrupted by other clients as the kids playground and the restaurant are separated by a corridor, which also has tables and the crowd is passing all the time through that corridor, which makes it impossible to relax, without being pushed by someone, or bothered by the business of the place. All and all it was a bad experience, really bad, filled with discomfort and anxiety. The capacity of the restaurant is big but lacks decent management, not enough staff, not enough room, too many tables and too many birthdays at the same time. But due to greediness there is money to be made, and it's peoples comfort that...
Read moreIt's a restaurant with a big playground and that's their main way of attracting customers. The food was bad, very bad, the schnitzel was far too thick, which made the batter overcooked and the fries that came with it were frozen and out of a bag, the carbonara was too heavy on the pepper and the bacon cut too thick, which made it chewy. The grilled vegetables were basically raw, with a slight sear and drowned in balsamic reduction. The Caesar salad was drowned in balsamic glaze as well and the chicken tasted kinda boiled, but that's a matter of preference. Overall if you're after the food, avoid, if you're here for the playground, just pay the 5 bgn fee for it and hit the bar. Contrary to most comments we were happy with our waitress, service was very quick, even though the...
Read moreThe playground has great features for kids and the playground staff is nice and at least smiles. This is where all the positive feedback ends. The canteen serves bad overpriced food. The staff and management are some of the worst I have seen in all my visits anywhere in the world. Most of the people there act as they hate being there, hate customers and their job/life in general. A place that is meant to be the scene for some of the best memories for kids and their families should choose their stuff with attention starting with the manager. They are rude, arrogant and can kill any good vide a bday party or any gathering are normally linked to. No idea who runs this business but the service is by far the worst I’ve received in...
