Mr. Pizza — Restaurant in Sofia City

The place looks quite nice and cosy and it has a lot of space inside and outside. However that is where my good experience ended. The service took about 10 minutes to bring me menu even tho at that moment the restaurant was completely empty and they were just loling around at the bar.

I ordered a jar of raspberry lemonade, And I might be spoiled there, but it tasted very artificial and super sweet to the point I couldn't drink it.

Food was not much better. My starter was without any sort of taste, my mains fries were just tasteless pieces of soggy potato which didn't even have salt and the meat made me actually sick.

For this being bit pricey for Bulgaria, the quality of anything is not reflected. I read about the food chain here and it's possibility that this experience is tied to this particular restaurant and not the chain (maybe bad staffing). However I cannot recommend...

Arrived here (Paradise center branch) 20mins before their close time and they refused to take orders for pizza though we stated it was for 'go' as we weren't looking to dine in (time considering) but, they insisted they can't make the pizza within the time frame. We accepted our fate with them and then requested if their branch in bul. Bulgaria is a possibility, the staffs (mind you, most were dressed up already to clock out - which might be why they were reluctant to help) said no, the other branch will be closed as well and ended up suggesting/recommending us a whole different pizza outlet. Got to the car and my partner decided to call the branch in bul Bulgaria since it wasn't closed yet; Lo and behold, they told us if we can make it to the location within 10mins we can definitely order from them. Got a nice pizza and an amazing staff treatment there in the bul...

I haven't been to a restaurant in a long time that left me with such bad feelings. I'll start by saying that there is no parking, well that's negligible. We enter, we order, we wait 20 minutes for soft drinks and another hour for risotto, in a relatively empty restaurant. No one bothers to serve the empty plates, therefore you feel unearthly discomfort to eat normally. About the children's corner and the staff, I don't even know what to say. Total neglect, my daughter managed to go out at least 3 times without anyone noticing her, one employee was looking at the monitor (built into the wardrobe), the other was fixing something... The food - courgettes swimming in oil, potatoes and meatballs bitter because of old...
