Pita Gyros — Restaurant in Sofia City

Worst gyros in Sofia! Shame on you people. Charging 6 leva for just a bit of meat and calling it MEGA gyros. What a joke. Don’t be surprised if you have to close in a few months. Go to the gyros place in the centre of Sofia and get yourself a gyro for 4.99. There is sooooo much meat that you can’t close the pita. I have never seen such a stingy gyro place. Truly appalling! Avoid at all cost!!!!

In response to the comments by the owner: I get the gyros the same way at any place. This gives me the opportunity to compare correctly from a customer satisfaction point of view. Your gyro wasn’t good enough compared to other places. I don’t know where you get your products from and, frankly, I don’t care. Your gyro is not as tasty and crispy as those offered at other places. Perhaps you should consider change of meat suppler as clearly the current one doesn’t work for your customers. If you don’t believe me, look at the other negative customer reviews. My son had a stomach ache after eating your food! The meat was dryish, chewy and had a slight smell of expired meat.

I can only apologise that I hurt your feelings as an owner and you can cry about it or do as successful businesses do - learn and improve. After all, prosperous companies pay for customer opinions. You get it for free! Instead of taking it as a gift, you skulk around and complain that people don’t like what you offer. You want to force customers to like your food, even if it is not good by explaining why it is not good but expensive? I am sorry, but this can’t happen in the market economy you are functioning in. The worst action in response to a customer comment, is to fire back excuses. This is basic knowledge on how to run a successful business. The bottom line is, the same product as yours is offered at better quality, quantity and price. How you go from here is up to you, but the end destinations are only two: improve or close. This is from text books, but it is also basic logic.

Най-лошият гирос в София. Ужасно малки порции. Съветвам ги да отидат в центъра и да си вземат стандартен гирос за 4.99, да не могат да затворят питата от месо и да се научат какво е гирос. Срамота!!!! Типичните български бизнесмени, които искат да си купят нов мерцедес и да си построят замък още първите месеци щом отворят гиро ресторант. Жалка работа. Затова сме за смях на истинските бизнесмени. Алеко го е казал най-добре. Бай Ганьо отворил гирос! Жалка и смешна картинка.

На кратко: вижте другите негативни коментари, които ми се струват, че са най-искрените! Който е опитвал качествен автентичен гирос, може да прецени веднага на какво ниско качество е вашият и колко непропорционално висока е цената. Поръчвам гирос по един и същи начин навсякъде. They have a good garden and invest a lot in it. But first of all they need to change the approach of making the gyros. For 8lv (4€) you receive a pita gyros, for which the chef is even returning the meet if is less than the weight described in the menu. This is even funny. Just for comparison, for the same money in Nikiti, Chalkidiki and a place located on the main road, I ate a double sized gyros than this ones. We ordered to take away 4 portions of chicken gyros for 48levs (quite expensive for Sofia) and the meat in it all was around 400grams. I read the reviews and saw that other people complained that the meat in the portions is way too little. I read that the owner answered that the grams are written in the menus, which you can see for yourselves isn’t true. Also, they said there was tzatziki salad in the portions… what a lie, mustard instead. Definitely wouldn’t...
