Edit: December 30 2022 - Unfortunately, this time not everything was as perfect, as it generally is... The Shopska salad's most important component according to me is the onion and it's fair to say that you need a lot of imagination to find it in the salad. Maybe the reason for this is it's being chopped up on really small pieces. Last time the Cheeseburger I ordered was super, super crunch, but this time... well, it wasn't crunchy at all. I'm not changing my overall high rating of this place, because generally it's a rally great place to have a meal at. Just sometimes it's not... perfect. Edit: 28 December 2022 - I literally ate the MOST delicious 😋 burger I have ever, ever eaten anywhere in my life! The meat was seasoned to perfection, it was medium or rather medium-well done, but this was totally okay, because it was absolutely juicy, the bun was seasoned and done with butter, making it super crunchy and super tasty! The onions were feesh, which is amazing, because it adds up to the overall flavor and crunchiness of the whole burger! Even though I ordered the simple "Cheeseburger", I believe that the most difficult to make food are the classics, the "simple" recipes, the food that "everyone makes"... Like a pizza Margarita or a Cheeseburger... But they are also the most difficult ones, because it really takes a lot of effort to perfect something classical and stand out, even with a "simple" cheeseburger!! Epic food! Epic burger!

Me and my boyfriend came to Sofia for the first time together (my first time in Sofia but not for him as he is Bulgarian). We had been to 4 happys in the time and this one was by far the best! Food was fresh and tasty and made with care. The drinks were also AMAZING 🍻Our waiter, Eva, made me feel very welcome despite the fact I can't speak much Bulgarian. She asked if speaking English would be nicer for us as my boyfriend was the one translating and we appreciated this so much. I think she was what made our experience so special, thankyou Eva 😊 we will have to go again next year :)
