Hotel City Inn Sofia — Hotel in Sofia City

Gps did not register the street. Using my Google map printout entered the main road using Bulgaria Mall as the landmark. Local assistance from a young adult on his Google map directed us close to Happy Bar and Grill. ||Free large secured car park in front of hotel entrance. Delightful hotel. No lift. Our room on the second floor overlooking the car park. Average size nicely appointed clean, comfortable room and bathroom with lots of cupboard spaces, desk and bench. Staff helpful and pleasant. Walking distance to Bulgaria Mall. Used bank at the mall to change money on a Sunday. Noticed a small sign on the main road pointing to hotel street. Bus 204 to city center. Happy Bar and Grill just down the street from hotel offers reasonably priced very tasty meals. Ate dinner there 2 nights. I will stay in this...

The rooms are clear, with big and comfortable beds. You don't have hairdryer and the bathroom is typic for a 3-star hotel. The receptionists are not very nice with you and their English lacks a little bit, but there wasn't any bigger problem. You can get drinks near the reception, but the hotel doesn't have any place where you can eat something. The minibar is ok and the TV has many channels to watch.
