The overall ambience is great and the service feels like they are trying to provide the same level of service as Japan (sadly not).

Nevertheless, the soul of Japanese cuisine: quality of the rice is terrible pathetic.

Sushi vinegar rice tastes only at the level of elementary school students, and each sushi is different in size and shape. Pot rice (かまめし) is not cooked long enough, and you can eat the core of the rice still hard.

I understand it's very far from Japan, so I didn't mention anything about seafood quality, but at least the rice has to be cooked well to qualify as...

The japanese food is good here.if you looked for some japanese restaurant in phnom penh. ot would be the good choice here.we order the eel rice plus ,sashimi , salmon sashimi rice and beef tongue stewed there. all are wonderful there. and the environment is nice there. even the outdoor but feel good there. and the staff is welcome. wifi speed great. i would visit again next time for the king crab. i thought the price is worthy for the fresh seafood there.no more wait....

Fantastic place, excellent service, wide options in menu and superb ambiance. We had lunch and no reservation so can only sit outside which is perfect but if you need AC a reservation would be needed certainly on weekends. Expect to pay $12-$20 per lunch set but it includes iced tea during and coffee afterwards. We will definitely return to check out the dinner...
