Good donuts. My honest take is a 4.7 on the homemade scale but my caveat is that I didn't get to try their cinnamon and sugar or old fashioned cake donuts. They're fresh, and have great choices (many jellied and sprinkled).
Their chocolate glazed were bang on: good dough and soft icing. Coconut choclate glazed were great. Gators (Long John's) were great too. Dough was up there with some greats and the folks making them care about their product without gouging you.
I'd come back in a second but they were still making them after opening so I'd come in after an hour or so after opening to get all the kinds. In my pic I have their diversity but it was well after opening and they hadn't had their cake donuts out yet and brought some really good old fashioneds out after I bought.
*IMO grease was TOO clean; needs a bit of age to give them the old...
   Read moreOur cousin who lived in 100 Mile House raved about B.J.s so we dropped in on our way out of town. Staff was very friendly and patient. We picked a box of donuts as well as a couple of "road" donuts. Our kids raved about the box we brought back and we can attest to the 2 road donuts. The strawberry donut was very well filled and not overly sweet. The honey glazed was very similar to the ones at Lee's donuts in Vancouver. The diner itself is very old school and has a very "hole in the wall" feel. Very happy we dropped in and it will definitely be a go to spot on any future trips...
