Dream Pizza And Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Abbotsford

Hidden $5 delivery fee, plus overcharged, plus 1 hour ten minute wait when I live two Kms away.

I ordered two pizzas that were two for $18.99 online, a $13 dish and a $1.50 item. (33.50 plus tax or less than $37 total) My bill was for over $45 before tip. I paid it and tipped $5 figuring I read the menu wrong, but check the website after and confirmed I was overcharged. He didn’t give me the receipt detailing the charges though it wa n his hand. I called and the person spoke very little English, telling me several times “driver is coming” as I tried to explain I already had my food. They said my pizzas were $12 each and only admitted it was a mistake when I argued. I said I still overpaid beyond that. They then said there is a $5 delivery charge. I said it doesn’t say that anywhere. They said well we charge. So I paid $5 for there mistake, $5 for delivery (my mistake) that took over and hour when I could literally walk there from my house, and tipped $5, bringing it to over $50 for two one topping pizzas and one chicken dish. I think the gouging was deliberate because it still doesn’t add up properly with her explanations. I think she was making them up as I kept questioning the amount- that they probably do it all the time and hope no one notices then just say oh sorry if it’s disputed before payment.

At one point she offered me a $5 credit but didn’t tell me how I could claim it. When I called back to ask she said (again) “driver is coming” but only because she thought I was someone else complaining about delivery and that seems to be all she says to any question unless pushed. He didn’t come and refund...

I ordered pizza for pickup. I was told to pick up in 25 minutes and I get their in that time, I was told you did not order it then I showed them my call log, and then staff said "Now, I remember but I got busy with other stuff". And, during busy day mistakes can happen, staff can forget but atleast own the mistake and follow up from their instead of being defensive. Then I was told to wait to 15 minutes and they give me pizza which I get home and try, and unfortunately the crust was undercooked. Plus the staff does not greet you. Overall, the experience was not easy as how you would expect on the day that you do not want to cook.

I really appreciate the hard work that staff is doing and I hope the feedback can help you make some changes if you like. That's the only reason for me to post the feedback as these days it is really helpful tool for businesses to make improvements and...

By far the worst most unexceptable service l have ever recieved from a pizza place. When l ordered this pizza l was told it would be 40-45 mins which is standard. 1hour and 20 mins later no pizza. l phoned and inquired as to if and when my pizza would arrive, with no explanation or oppology. 1 hour and 40 mins later still no pizza, l phoned again, the explanation l was given is he tried calling when he was outside.my house... Hello l was very specific come to the door ... End result 2 hours later and no pizza, so here is my reccomendation do not order pizza from this place. Unless you don't mind waiting 2 hours for a pizza, ohh wait a minute there was no pizza. This place gets a big fat ZERO WITH NO STARS...
