Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Abbotsford

My recent visit to Tim Hortons had me craving a comforting cup of their renowned double-double coffee. Unfortunately, what I received was far from the satisfying brew I had in mind. The disappointment began as soon as I took my first sip.

The coffee lacked the rich, robust flavor I associate with a double-double. Instead, it tasted like a weak and underwhelming concoction. It was evident that the coffee had not been properly brewed, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction.

Adding to my dismay, the “double-double” aspect of the coffee was also disappointing. A proper double-double should strike a perfect balance between the richness of cream and the sweetness of sugar, but this one missed the mark. The cream seemed insufficient, and the sugar failed to blend seamlessly, resulting in a less-than-ideal mix.

I couldn’t help but wonder if there had been a lapse in quality control during my visit, as Tim Hortons has a reputation for delivering consistent coffee experiences. The friendly service and welcoming atmosphere were consistent with what I expect from the chain, but when it comes to coffee, taste matters most.

In conclusion, my order of a regular double-double coffee at Tim Hortons was a letdown. It lacked the proper brewing and mixing, which are fundamental to a satisfying coffee experience. While I appreciate the convenience and the brand’s history, this visit left me questioning whether I’ll return for my coffee fix...

Sorry but this was really bad. All tables were dirty. I asked if I could get a cloth or something to wipe the tables so we could sit down. Lady told me no she would do it. Ok so she came out with 2 napkins in her hand and proceeded to wipe our 2 tables we were at. She seemed to think she was finished when my brother pointed to the 5 inch square area in front of where I was going to sit and said it looks like something sticky is in that area. So she continued to wipe that area with the 2 now dirty napkins she was using and than walked away as I asked her did she not have a wet cloth or something else besides the 2 napkins. She turned looked at me and just walked away. Than my brother had bought us some timbits to go with our coffee and my sister in law took a bite of one and it was raw dough inside. 🫣 I tried a different kind and same thing except it tasted like it had completely been soaked in oil. Not even kidding or exaggerating at all. Horrible!! I took the box and asked if the man at the counter was the Manager and he said yes. I showed him my timbit and my sister in laws 2 half's timbit. He just said they don't make them there. Didn't seem to know what to do so I said to just please give my brother his money back. We could not eat any of them....

Terrible service by the employee working drive thru a few minutes ago gave me attitude ....I asked for double toasted everything bagel they were out of stock... which I find crazy since they only have 3 options now... they made me wait when no one was in drive thru... then I had to get a 12 grain bagel AND they did not double toast (it was soggy) and cream cheese was all over the place ... I will never return to this location it use to be a great place with excellent service....I'm not sure if new owners or what but they do not deserve to have this franchise and they should not be allowed to represent the brand I will never return to this location .....I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!!!!
