I would give this outlet ZERO stars if I could. The two servers were completely disinterested in taking my order. Unlike the customers in from of me, (two men each with a whining son), who had their sandwiches LOADED and were practically fawned over, my order was badly mishandled. It took TWO servers over 15 minutes to even bother asking what I would like. NO it was NOT that busy at all...and within that 15 minutes, there was no eye contact or even a brief smile to acknowledge my presence.
When the male server finally took my order, there was NOTHING but a totally blank look on his face and not even a brief apology for the lengthy wait. He spoke so low that I could barely hear him.
He then had to be asked POLITELY to actually cover the footlong bun as one quarter of it was empty....NO loaded sandwich for me ~ golly gosh I wonder why??? He then dropped half the contents of my chimichurri steak and cheese onto the grill platter. He actually scooped the fallen contents back onto the bun and was going to grill the horrid thing even though it looked like a pile of tossed out garbage...again half empty. My what awesome customer service!!! (That's sarcasm in case you missed it).
I told him it was a disgusting mess and I was no longer interested in his half-hearted service.
Sorry Subway...many, many years as a customer, but we're done if this is the calibre of server you now hire. I'll be warning friends, family and co-workers to avoid this outlet at all costs.
FYI ~ The new steak and cheese chimichurri did NOT even come close to matching the pics and description of "thinly shaved tender steak piled high atop a bed of spinach, green pepper, red onion, and tomatoes and topped off with melted cheese and, of course, that green Chimichurri sauce to pack a zesty punch."
Of course, my order only got as far as the supposed "steak" and cheese. My badly bungled footlong entailed a few miserly spoonfuls of what appeared to be old, brown, finely ground leftover "mystery meat."
Perhaps the egregious lack of service worked in my favour after all, as the taste of that unappetizing, questionable topping would not have been at all enjoyable. You may have actually saved me a trip to the ER for food poisoning.

Read moreMy daughter and I went to this location. We both had a sandwich and she ordered a chicken noodle soup. My daughter took one spoonful of the soup and spat it out it was so salty. Not only was it extremely salty but it smells and taste like cat food. Completely inedible.... I called the store. She told me what would you like me to do give you more soup. Haha what?!
